Gemma will always be there.

Not because she is also a mother and has two hyperactive twin girls to tend to, but because she has spent her years trying to fully understand all the little pieces that made up her little brother. It was never easy, even till now, it is still not easy. Harry was fragile as a toddler and never allowed anyone but Anne touch or come close to him. It was a bit hard for Gemma as a young girl to accept her brother will always be different (special) from everyone else and it was worse because he could not make any efforts. He could not speak and Gemma was not patient to learn sign language, along with her mother and step father.

It got better as he grew up. She learned a bit and communicated better through medium signing, and slow speeches as he improved. Gemma learned to start seeing things in a whole new view, just as her mother had advised and she soon found herself as his protector when the bullying days began. The two siblings soon learned short phrases that assisted on the road to understanding, and Harry found himself slowly finding solace in his big sister and learning she will always be his second shoulder to lean on. Sometimes Mumma might need to focus on herself and also, sometimes Mumma will need a familiar helping hand.

The two siblings settle on the warm and cosy deep brown coloured sofa, next to the window and Harry presses a soft kiss to the head of his beloved cat, Beau. He looks up to see Myra blinking at him with a bright smile.

"Daddy, I am going home with Uncle Zayn now!" She calmly speaks.

"M-Myra! See you...you soon darling, come...come here," Harry surprises his little girl with a warm embrace and even presses a kiss to her forehead.

"See you when?" Myra asks batting her lids and Gemma smiles, wrapping her fingers around the small mug of hot cocoa in hand.

"Uh...Uh tomorrow of course and...and we can have movie night! Yet to...to watch Rio together...the second one though," he indicates with two fingers and Zayn sighs adjusting the strap of Myra's school bag around his shoulder.

"Okay daddy! I will tell Nana Anne to tell you again!" Myra says pressing a kiss to the side of his head and hugging Gemma.

"Bye sweetheart, see you soon and be a good girl as always," Gemma cheers with a giggle.

"I love you daddy!" Myra beams taking Zayn's hand and waiting to be walked out of the room but Zayn waits, wondering if Harry will respond immediately or not. It is never certain.

Harry bites down his lip with a confused expression on his face before forming a deformed heart shape with his hands and gives a small coo. To him that is the fastest and easiest way to express his love for her. He has deep and massive love for his child, but verbally expressing emotions in general to everyone is something he does not really understand yet.

"Sweet, okay, okay we have to go and I will be back later in the evening," Zayn says with a smile and walks out of the flat, holding onto Myra.

"She is so adorable and smart for her age, so proud of her," Gemma says before taking a sip out of her warm drink and Harry nods in agreement, looking away from his sister.

"How...Uh...H-How...," he slowly his knee with a frown and release a small groan before properly remembering what he wants to say.

"Hey...hey, how what?" Gemma moves closer with a small smile and pats the fat bengal kitten curled up in between them.

"H-how are the...the twins? Odd and E-Ed!" He releases a sigh of relief remembering his words and Gemma shakes her head.

"Niall picked them up from school, Oddette has football practice and Eden has ballet afterwards, and No, I am not dating Niall." She answers noticing how his facial features pinches at the mention of his former help buddy-turned-best friend to Gemma.
