It's World Autism Day. Remember not every Autistic person stutters or has a communication disorder. Not every autistic person suffers from seizures. Our guys have their own unique traits. Don't forget I use young Leonardo as Aidan. Thank you for reading x

The door opens to Iman smiling brightly at her favourite guys and they calmly shuffle their way into their foyer. The house smells of cake. It's a strong smell of a lemon drizzle cake that matches the vibrant smell of spring kicking in the air.
Exactly a year ago, Iman went into labour at Gemma and Niall's wedding. Today, everyone available has gathered to celebrate Aneesa's first birthday, including her favourite Uncles.
Louis smiles as he wraps his arms around Iman and pulls her in for a much needed hug. Iman basically bounces in excitement, heavily smelling of cake batter and baby powder. Louis waves the gift bags in her face and Iman fakes a gasp before laughing.
High pitched laughter of children sound from the main living room and he flinches at the sound before unexpectedly grabbing onto Iman's wrist. Louis smiles a little as he notices this and he calmly places a supportive hand on his back.
It's been a week after a sensory overload triggered seizure and he's still adjusting post recovery. Aidan bites down his lip, allowing his curls drape down his face and his t-shirt nearly swallow him in.
Iman notices his grip on her wrist is quite shaky and she calmly holds his arm to calm him down. They're aware the shouting children will throw him off and thanks to a heads up from Louis, Iman has prepared a quiet room for him to spend the whole evening.
"How's the birthday going?" Louis asks, looking around.
"The twins tried to turn Neesa into a doll, go figure," Iman smiles.
"Oh shit, you're watching them till Gemma and Niall return from their anniversary holiday?" He asks, fighting a laugh.
"Do you want them? I can keep Olly," Iman pouts.
"Yeah, my boyfriend is still recovering so, no," Louis chuckles.
"You're annoying," she rolls her eyes.
Aidan lightly bounces on his toes as he remembers something he wants to say and he releases his hand from Iman. They calmly watch him look around and take in his environment. He pats his forehead and nervously giggles.
"Hey babe, trying to say something?" Louis asks.
"Oh, does Aidan want to join Harry?" Iman asks.
"Sounds like a great idea, away from the noise," Louis quickly nods in agreement.
"N-Nooo," Aidan slurs, his voice raspy and heavy. He clearly hasn't been doing a lot of talking after his seizure.
"Why no?" Iman frowns a little.
Louis pauses and chuckles before leaning closer to Iman.
"I just remembered. We're not talking to Harry," he states.
"Oh dear, my Harry? Why? What did he do?" Iman is a little thrown off.
Louis is about to speak when Aidan quickly covers his mouth with his palm and giggles at the same time.
Iman is amused at the reaction but she's still curious. As if on cue, Harry walks out from the living room. Dressed in a casual t-shirt and trousers, he carries a sleepy birthday girl and holds her close.
Aneesa is dressed in a white tutu skirt paired with an old t-shirt belonging to Myra and her soft princess socks. Resting her head of curls on her father's shoulders, she's very much done with the playing children and noise coming from them.
