CHAPTER TWENTY THREE:
SHOPPING
kenzie woke up with a major hang over, she turned over to see someone in the bed next to her.
she started panicking thinking she'd slept with someone.
kenzie slowly lifted up the covers and saw it was noah. that wasn't good that she slept with him but at least she knew him.
"morning" noah grunted as he smiled, his eyes fluttering open.
"oh sorry for waking you" she apologised.
"you didn't you just woke me up more" he smiled "last night was fun" noah smirked a little.
kenzie began thinking she'd slept with him again. "did we" kenzie asked, noah shook his head.
"we were going to but you passed out"
"oh thank god" kenzie smiled "i was absolutely hammered last night" kenzie sighed.
"yeah i know, you talked about that weird boy harvey and how much you loved him" noah told her.
"and you still wanted to sleep with me" kenzie laughed slightly. "yeah" he smiled.
"i've liked you for so long and you know i would do anything to be with you" he smiled wider.
kenzie's heart warmed by that statement, she'd never had a boy flaunt over her before.
"well you are quite fit" kenzie told him.
noah sat up "yeah you mentioned that last night" he laughed.
they both got up and got dressed. kenzie did not want to face her dad in her current state so she asked noah if he wanted to go somewhere with her. he agreed.
harvey had just laid on the couch since his mom left. he didn't want to do anything, it was as if his whole motivation was taken away.
"alright ima do something" he said to himself as he stood up.
he walked over and grabbed his shoes, walking back over to the couch to put them on.
he decided to head to the shops because he had 100 quid to spend.
harvey walked into the shopping centre, the first thing he saw was primark.
he'd never really been a big shopper but decided to go in anyway. he started walking around, feeling almost a sense or freeness.
harvey hadn't really picked anything up and was about to leave when he heard a laugh. a laugh which he recognised.
he turned around and saw the girl he'd been looking for, kenzie.
he started walking towards her before he noticed someone beside her. it was a boy. harvey waited for a second to what would happen.
then kenzie leaned in and kissed him, harvey turned around and left.
he couldn't believe he ever liked her.
