I was engrossed in playtime with my kids on the living room floor when the doorbell chimed in. Not wanting to disrupt the moment, I called out, "Come in!" without breaking stride. The door swung open and shut, and a familiar voice chimed in, "Can I join the fun?" I looked up, and my jaw dropped. A pregnant woman stood in the doorway, beaming at me. I blinked twice, wondering if my eyes were playing tricks on me, but no, she was really there.

"B-B-Bella?" I stammered, my voice barely above a whisper. I rose slowly to my feet, my eyes fixed on my long-lost friend. The surprise was palpable as I struggled to process her sudden appearance.

"Hey, congrats girl! You finally made it as Sultan King West's girlfriend," she said with a radiant smile, and I couldn't believe she was standing right in front of me.

"Bella!" I exclaimed, rushing into a tight hug. Her adorable baby bump pressed against my stomach, and I felt a rush of joy.

"I'm so sorry Lani... so sorry," she whispered, her voice barely audible. I pulled back, my eyes shining with tears.

"Girl, never go MIA on me again, okay?" I said, my voice stern but playful. She nodded vigorously, a smile still plastered on her face. "And enough with the apologies already. You made me who I am today, can't you see? Thank you, Bella. Thank you so much," I whispered, my gratitude overflowing and Her smile grew even wider.

"You're seriously thanking me right now?" she asked, her voice laced with amusement.

"Yes Bella, I'm thanking you. Thank you," I said, my voice filled with sincerity. And She nodded, her eyes shining with understanding.

"I really missed you," she said softly.

"And you don't know how much I missed you too," I replied, my emotions overflowing.

"Aww," she cooed, playfully pinching my cheek.

I giggled and teased, "Well, I see your bump is getting bigger!" She laughed, and we wrapped each other in a warm hug. There was so much to catch up on, and I couldn't wait to hear everything.

I emerged from the bathroom, and Sultan was already in bed, waiting for me with an air of expectation. "What took you so long?" he asked, his hands clasped behind his head as he gazed at me with a mixture of curiosity and concern. And I held up the pregnancy test kit, his expression changed instantly. His eyes widened, and a spark of hope flickered across his face.

He quickly threw off the covers and got out of bed, his movements almost jerky with anticipation. He hurried to my side, his eyes locked on the test, and asked, "What does it say?" His voice was laced with a mix of excitement and trepidation. I handed it to him, and he studied it for a moment, his eyes scanning the results with an intensity that made me smile. Before long, his face lit up with a radiant smile, and his eyes shone with unbridled joy. Before he could even ask the question, I nodded twice, confirming the news he had been hoping for. His joy became palpable, and he was beaming, barely containing his excitement.

"I'm pregnant... I'm pregnant with your third child," I announced, my voice barely above a whisper.

His eyes widened in surprise, and he asked, "baby for real?" I nodded enthusiastically, and his face erupted into a huge grin. He gently reached out and touched my stomach, his fingers tracing gentle circles as he rubbed it softly. A million emotions danced across his face, but joy was the most prominent. "I love you baby, so much," his voice filled with adoration, before leaning in to kiss me.

"I love you too," I said, my heart swelling with emotion. He broke the kiss, took a deep breath, and smiled at me, his eyes still shining with excitement.

"Lani, I've been practicing this for a very long time, and I guess this is the right time to say this," he said, trembling slightly with emotion, as he rested his forehead against mine. His eyes locked onto mine, filled with a deep affection and anticipation.

"What is it?" my heart racing with a mix of excitement and wonder.

"Will you marry me?" he whispered, as he gently rubbed my stomach, his touch sending shivers down my spine. I smiled, feeling tears of joy well up in my eyes.

"Yes Sultan... I will marry you," I replied, my voice filled with emotions. A smirk spread across his face, and he let out a sigh of relief, his eyes sparkling with joy. He pulled me close, and placed a lingering, tender kiss on my lips, his touch filled with love and promise.
