After dinner, Sooyoung and Doyoung brought out a cake that was pretty and had nice decorations. Sana smiled "Wow thank you" she got to open her gifts and were extremely thankful for everyone. Somi and Chaeyoung went to the bedroom to watch a movie, Elike and Tzuyu went to the game room, Dahyun and SinB went to living room. Nayeon and Sowon sat at the table "So how is the training going?" Jihyo stood up "I should've trained them one at a time cause dang" Sana laughed a little "Momo knocked her out" Nayeon looked at Jihyo "What did you teach them?" Jihyo looked over "Time Control, that's it. I am just about to teach them Electricity Control, I'm skipping their powers" Nayeon nodded "Can I watch?" Jihyo nodded "Sowon you want to watch as well?" Sowon nodded and Jihyo nodded "Okay, let's go back downstairs"

Back downstairs in the basement Jihyo stood on the sparing mat and looked around, Nayeon was sitting on Sowon's lap "Mom, can you show us how it might look to fight you" Jihyo looked over "I'm not supposed to, but I guess since we aren't on Allov anymore, no harm done" They all sat back and watched Jihyo pull out a dummy and set it up. She took a deep breath and got into position.

She shot fire out of her left hand and electricity out of her right and wrap them together hitting the dummy directly in the stomach, she threw a strong punch to the stomach and as it was in the air kicked it, knocking it down. She picked it up and continued, she teleported behind it and slowed down time while picking up a pole wacking it from behind as she circled around it. Then using her speed, and kicking off the ground using fire and striking down with a huge bolt of electricity. She stood up "I can't use mind control because it has no mind." She turned around and turned on the water spray to clean off the dummy then dried everything off. "So now for training."

Sowon looked at Nayeon "You have to challenge her?" Nayeon couldn't answer "Mom you're going to kill me" Jihyo laughed "No I won't, by that time you would be trained to expect every power. Also I won't be going super hard, this was the just the easiest. My challenge against the master keepers was a lot more difficult, remember that." Sejeong raised her hand "So you had to challenge people as well?" Jihyo nodded "There was a mix up, I got assigned a group when I wasn't even a proper keeper. So I had to train everyday, I would try to get stronger on my own. Usually, you would be able to challenge when the you are ready, but since I had a group already, I had to challenge when I turned 20." Momo looked up "So what if I don't want to challenge?" Jihyo sighed "Well as you get older, around 30-50 you'll slowly lose your powers. That's how people became guardians, they never challenged and lost their powers."

Nayeon put her head on Sowon's shoulder "Oh then, I'll train harder" Jihyo smiled "So let's continue, Electricity." She moved the dummy out of the way and stood in the middle "Electricity control, if you are to against Mina, she would probably throw you against the wall. I am here to stop yourself. Jeongyeon, you have a little trick up your sleeve, but you can only use this if someone like Mina uses their high end move. It would take too much of your energy to do this a lot. Sana is simple, she has teleportation. Momo not so much, but we will go over that." Jihyo smiled "Jeong first"

Jeongyeon stepped up onto the mat, and Jihyo stood on the opposite side "So what you would do, you see Mina's eyes sparking, she is in her next stage. You need to act fast, so first thing is pretend you are performing your high level move and have it circle around you." Jeongyeon took a deep breath and quickly performed the move. Jihyo nodded "Okay, so I am going to strike you with a strong force of electricity. You are going to on the count of three, spread your arms out and do like a windmill move and squat. Understand?" Jeongyeon did small hand movements to ask if that is what she is talking about. Jihyo nodded and stated it needs to be done fast. Jeongyeon nodded.

Jihyo counted down, and shot the electricity, Jeongyeon quickly did the move, and Jihyo's shot got blocked by a shield of fire surrounding Jeongyeon which went away after a few seconds. Jihyo smiled "That was perfect, the reason I want you to count down was because that move only lasts a few seconds, so you would have your fire circle you and the second you see the move you would go into the position." Jeongyeon cheered "I did it" Jihyo nodded "Yea, so Sana's is easier." Jeongyeon walked off and Sana got on. Jihyo gave Sana the jacket and helmet "Just in case you are slow" Sana put them on and Jihyo nodded "Okay, so when you see the electricity, you would need to time correctly. When you see it come your way, you need to be fast and teleport. Think of it as a wave, you need to go over it, well when you teleport you need to teleport passed it and into the wave. Understand" Sana thought about then understood. Sana would just need to teleport right beside or behind the person as if she went through the wave.
