Olivia hadn't expected her husband to contact Elliot, so she assumed that if she headed to the station house that no one would know about her appointment and the results of the ultrasound.
"How did you get here?" Elliot asked quickly, when he saw his best friend slowly move towards the stairs at the front of the precinct.
"Huh?" Olivia asked tiredly.
"Trevor called me and told me you left your doctor's office without telling him. You are twenty weeks pregnant and probably shouldn't walk nearly four miles to get here." Elliot spoke as he looped his arm around her waist. Olivia pushed him away before narrowing her eyes as she looked at him.
"So you know about my son's condition?" Olivia asked quietly, as she rested her hand against her stomach. She could feel her little boy move around a bit, but no matter how much he moved, he wouldn't get better. His heart was really bad off, and he'd be sick when he was born.
"He told me about the giant hole in his heart. But no matter how worried he is about your little boy, he's worried about you too. So let's call him and-"
"I don't want to talk about this right now. I wish that I would have skipped my appointment. Then I wouldn't be standing here thinking about losing my son." Olivia breathed tearfully.
"You won't lose him, Olivia. He's a Langan. He's strong just like you, Trevor, and Quintin. A weak heart won't change that."
"Elliot, they won't let me deliver him naturally... they are making me have a c-section. You know that I-"
"I know that you hate surgery. But don't worry, Liv. You'll recover and so will your son."
"I'm so scared." Olivia sobbed. Officers walked past and stared at the detective, but Olivia didn't care. She just turned into her best friend and held onto him tightly.
"I know that you are scared, but everything will be okay. I promise."

Elliot took Olivia upstairs and got her a cup of tea before calling Trevor. He explained to him about the state she was in when she arrived, and Trevor decided to let his wife relax for an hour before heading over.
Once the hour was up, he headed inside and up to the sex crimes floor.
"She's barely awake now. She's still in the break room." Elliot spoke, once he saw Trevor walk through the open doors.
"Do you think I should take her home? I don't want to force anything on her." Trevor frowned. He was an expert on his wife, but so was Elliot. Right now he needed to compare notes and pray that one of them knows what the right thing was to do.
"She needs to get some sleep, Trevor. Take her home, cuddle her, maybe have Quintin help her out a bit. She adores your kid."
"Okay. Thanks, Elliot." Trevor spoke. He moved back out of the door and down the hall to where the breakroom was. He smiled when he saw his wife barely awake and holding on tightly to her mug.
"You move a lot faster than I remembered when you were pregnant with Quinny." Trevor teased, and Olivia looked up from her mug and sighed softly.
"I'm sorry that I scared you."
"Don't apologize. You are strong and can defend yourself. I was more worried about the fact that you got away before you even told me where you were going."
"I didn't think that you'd call Elliot, so I came here. He was downstairs waiting for me."
"That's good. I'm glad that you have more than one person to protect you."
"Trevor, I'm scared that we are going to lose our son. I love him as if we already met him... And I'm worried about telling Quintin. He already talks to the baby and makes sure to tell him that he loves him every night... what if Quintin never gets to meet the baby?"
"He'll meet our son. Liv, we need to keep planning for him because he doesn't need us to give up."
"I'm scared to name him and fall more in love with him than I already am." Olivia breathed.
"Honey, he's gotta have a name eventually."
"You can name him, because I don't feel like it..." Olivia whispered.
"Or we can have Quintin get involved, my love. Now, do you want to go home and take a nap?"
"I'm gonna need help walking down."
"You can lean on me, honey. I'll always be here to support you."

Trevor and Olivia laid together in their bed. Quintin was out with Tally, so he hadn't even found out about his baby brother or about the fact he was sick.
"Did Dr. O'Neal say anything about him growing? If he's getting bigger like he's supposed to be doing?" Olivia asked, as she placed her hand against her husband's.
"She didn't say. But she'll be getting in contact with us soon so that you can get another ultrasound. Like the fancy ones. Hopefully she'll also be able to determine if he's the right size."
"Do you have a name for him yet?" Olivia asked weakly.
"Are you sure that you are ready?" Trevor asked, and Olivia nodded as she met her husband's eyes.
"Robert Wade Langan. Wade after-"
"Your grandfather. Baby, he would have been so happy to have your son named after him."
"I think that he'd be super happy with the kids we have. How Quintin really takes after him and me in the height department. And Liv, he just adored you."
"I pray that he is watching over us... Over Robert. That he is going to protect him once he is born and when he's undergoing all of his surgeries." Olivia breathed, before moving her arms up and she wrapped them around her husband's neck. She pulled him close and they kissed for a few moments before the door opened.
"Mama? Daddy?" Quintin's sweet voice spoke.
"Hey, Quinny. Come join me and Mama. And your little brother, Robert."
