"Pregnant?" Trevor asked, as he turned and looked at his wife.

"I might be... or I'm getting sick. I just haven't been feeling good, and I guess I didn't realize what it could be until now."

"Should we get a test on our way home?" Trevor asked, and Olivia shrugged.

"I don't know. Maybe I should just wait and see." Olivia spoke.

"Liv-"

"Trevor, I probably shouldn't have even told you. Because I might not even be pregnant. Okay, so I'm going to go see when you can go home."

"I love you, Liv."

"I love you too, Trev. Don't get your hopes up about this."

"I'll probably forget about this by the time we leave. I'm a little high."

Olivia took the next day off so she could get some things done while her husband rested. His pain medication made him sleepy, so someone had to be there to take care of Robbie.

Olivia did lots of laundry, vacuumed, and made lasagna so they could have leftovers for the next few nights. And once Olivia was done, she went and counted out how many days she was late. It ended up being how many weeks she was late. Which was a month.

"Trev?" Olivia whispered, as she carried her son into the bedroom she shared with her husband.

"Yes?" Trevor yawned, as he rolled over in bed and looked at his wife and son.

"So I have to run to the drug store... do you need anything?"

"Are we out of diapers?" Trevor asked, and Olivia shook her head.

"No, but I'll probably buy a pack. I need a test."

"A test?" Trevor sighed, since he forgot about what he talked to his wife about last night.

"Trevor, my period is a month late."

"It's what?" He asked, sitting up slowly.

"You probably knocked me up again, Trevor. Our youngest is only five months older, but he won't be the youngest for long... more than likely."

"Okay, I'm coming with you." Trevor spoke, and Olivia shook her head.

"I'll take it here. I have to get Quintin before I come home."

"Liv, do you want to be pregnant?"

"I know that we weren't trying... but I guess I'm okay with it. I don't feel as scared as I was when we found out about Quintin and this little dude." Olivia spoke, as she looked down at Robbie.

"Maybe it will be a little girl this time around." Trevor spoke, and Olivia nodded.

"Or yet another boy." Olivia smiled weakly, before kissing Robbie's hair as she turned around and left the bedroom.

Trevor leaned back before sighing deeply as he thought about him and his wife having another kid.

Olivia had Quintin watch Robbie while she took a test. Then she left it on her bedside table so she could go back out and start getting the rest of dinner around.

After about ten minutes, Trevor quickly came into the kitchen as Olivia put the texas toast in the oven.

"Liv?" Trevor breathed, and Olivia turned around and eyed him.

"Yeah?"

"The timer you set on my phone went off..."

"Okay, and what are the results?" Olivia whispered, since she didn't want Quintin to hear.

"It's positive."

"Okay." Olivia breathed, before turning back to the stove and setting a time for the bread.

"Liv? Are you okay? Excited? Nervous?"

"Trevor, you know that I want a big family. But Robbie is five months old... depending on how pregnant I am, he will only be a little over a year old or so by the time the baby is born. We will be chasing around a baby that just learned to walk while also taking care of a newborn. Let alone Quinny." Olivia sighed, as she raked her fingers through her hair.

"So you are overwhelmed." He spoke, and Olivia nodded.

"Very overwhelmed. Like, I kinda want to cry right now."

"Babe, cry if you want too. Let it all out."

"But I shouldn't be the one crying. I am not the one that just broke my arm. I'm not a little kid who hates school... and I'm not a baby boy who has a rash that hurts." Olivia frowned.

"Robbie has a rash?"

"Yes. I'm taking him in tomorrow for it."

"No. I'm taking him in tomorrow for it. You are going to work and we will figure it out together."

"Babe, your arm."

"I refuse to let you get overwhelmed and worn down because of my broken arm."

"We can work together?"

"We will always work together. We are a team."

A week later and after almost hoping that she'd finally get her period, Olivia went to see Dr. O'Neal.

"Well, isn't it my favorite patient." Dr. O'Neal smiled as she walked into the exam room. Olivia sat on the exam table with Robbie standing on her legs as she held his hands.

"I have a feeling you are going to be seeing a lot of me." Olivia spoke, as she looked around her son and at her doctor.

"Do you think that you are pregnant again?"

"Oh yeah. Like, my period is a month late. It was a little off since I had Robbie, but I could still predict it usually."

"Alright, well I need you to pee in a cup."

"Can't we draw blood?" Olivia asked.

"Do you want me to do that? Are you too good to-"

"Dr. O'Neal... please." Olivia laughed weakly. She already took a test, and she wanted more concrete results.

"Let me get a nurse to draw blood, then I'll be back."

After about an hour later, Olivia had gotten Robbie to nap in his carrier and then Dr. O'Neal came in.

"Is he sleeping?" Dr. O'Neal whispered.

"Yeah. But he's a deep sleeper. So hit me with the news."

"You are pregnant."

"Okay, cool. Are my levels good?" Olivia asked, and Dr. O'Neal nodded slowly as she pulled the stool up in front of Olivia before sitting down.

"They are high. About double what they usually are."

"Huh?" Olivia mused.

"Olivia, your levels are higher than what they are compared to when you were pregnant with Robbie and Quintin."

"Can you explain to me what this means?"

"I suspect that you might be pregnant with twins. I want to wait and see in a few weeks if we can clearly confirm that."

"Twins?" Olivia breathed as her hands started to shake.

"Olivia-"

"Fuck..."
