"Olivia, do you want me to call Trevor?" Dr. O'Neal asked, as she watched Olivia's face go pale.
"N-no. He broke his arm and is in a lot of pain still... are you sure?"
"Sure that it's twins? I'm not completely sure yet. We can try to do a scan, but-"
"Dr. O'Neal, I need to leave here knowing if Trevor and I are moving from two kids to four... so can we please just figure that out? Robbie should be sleeping for at least another hour or so..."
"Okay, I'm going to get the machine. Do you want a tech to do the scan or me?"
"Would you do it for me?" Olivia breathed.
"Of course I would. We will have everything figured out before you leave."
"I'm so scared."
"I know, Olivia. I can tell."
"Can I call someone real quick? I need someone here with me."
"Yes, of course. Go ahead."

Kathy stood beside Olivia and held her hand through the ultrasound. She didn't even ask Olivia why she wanted her and not Elliot or Trevor, but once the scan started she knew why.
"There is Baby A. And Baby B is thankfully in a completely different sac."
"What?" Olivia asked, confused.
"It hopefully means that they aren't sharing blood or nutrients. So they will both be growing, instead of just one." Kathy explained softly. Olivia nodded slowly, as she glanced away from the screen and to where Robbie was still sleeping.
"How far along am I?" Olivia questioned.
"About five weeks. I'm shocked that we could see the twins without an internal scan."
"I'm thankful for that." Olivia breathed as tears slipped down her cheeks. Kathy quickly brushed them away from her friend's cheek before Dr. O'Neal shut off the machine.
"I know that this is scary, but we will work to make sure that all three of you come out of this healthy and strong. Okay?"
"Okay... uh, can we have the room for a few minutes?" Olivia sniffled, and Dr. O'Neal nodded.
"I'll go get the few pictures that I printed off."
Once the door closed, Olivia sat up and cleaned her stomach off before sighing deeply.
"So, welcome to the club." Kathy smiled as she rubbed Olivia's back gently.
"I'm so fucking scared. Trevor and I were overwhelmed with the idea of having just one baby... but now we are having two. I don't know if I can be a good mother to four kids." Olivia frowned.
"I know that it's scary. I went through the exact same thing. I had two little girls and found out that I was pregnant with twins. But I made it through it and you will too." Kathy spoke softly.
"How do I tell Trev? He's still in a lot of pain after breaking his arm and I don't know if my income will be good enough... especially since we are jumping from a family of four to a family of six." Olivia sighed.
"Just tell him what is happening and he will understand and help you out. You've got an amazing husband."
"God, let's hope he's still amazing after he finds out about these two."
///
Olivia went home after her appointment and picking up Quintin. Quintin had a sore throat, so once he got home he went straight to lay down and get some sleep. Olivia hated the idea of having Quintin sick and possibly having to leave her husband at home with the two boys and a broken arm.
With Robbie, it was hard enough. But having to take care of a sick kid added on was going to be even harder.
"Hey, so Quintin has a fever and a sore throat." Olivia sighed once her husband came down after his own nap.
"What?" Trevor frowned.
"Yeah, so he's staying home tomorrow. I'm going to see if Lucy can come over and help out." Olivia spoke.
"Liv, I can figure something out." Trevor spoke, and Olivia shook her head.
"You can barely change our kid's diaper right now. So Lucy is going to come over and help out. Then maybe one of you could focus on Quintin and the other on Robbie."
"Okay." Trevor sighed.
Olivia passed her baby to his father, before heading into the kitchen. She knew that Trevor was in a bad mood now and didn't know if she should tell him about the twins.
"Should I take him to the doctor's tomorrow?" Trevor sighed as he followed Olivia into the kitchen.
"If he gets worse, then yes. But if not, then keep him home. He doesn't need to get sicker and Robbie doesn't need to get sick." Olivia replied.
"Okay." Trevor sighed again. Olivia turned to look at him with anger filled eyes.
"Are you pissed off that our kid is sick?" Olivia mused.
"I don't know. I guess I just don't feel like having to take care of him right now. My arm-"
"Is broken. Yeah, I get that. It's been broken for like a week and even if you said you'd help, but you haven't. You pretty much nap like all the time while I take care of the boys, work, and clean the house. So I'm sorry that you have to stay home and take care of our sick son, but our sitter is coming over to help. She'll probably do everything, anyway."
"Hey, don't be a bitch." Trevor spat as he passed Robbie back to Olivia before turning and leaving the kitchen. Olivia looked at her baby before sighing.
"Sometimes I wonder why I love your Daddy. Because he's an ass a good portion of the time."
///
Olivia went to bed later than usual because she had to give Quintin another bath and find the humidifier so her son could breathe easier. Olivia found her husband sprawled out in the middle of the bed. Olivia wanted to beat the crap out of her husband with her pillow because she was so pissed off.
"Move the fuck over." Olivia grumbled as she shoved her husband. Trevor yawned before shaking his head.
"Don't you have to sleep in Quintin's room?"
"No, he's sleeping, so I want to sleep in my bed. Move over."
"I don't want you in here."
"Trevor, I am not the asshole in this fucking fight! You are such a dick! First you break your arm and keep reassuring me that you'd help me. But instead, you do less than you ever did before. Then you call me a bitch because I'm tired and overwhelmed. And you didn't even ask about my fucking appointment!"
"What fucking appointment?!" Trevor yelled.
"The one where Dr. O'Neal told me that I'm pregnant with fucking twins!"
