Once Olivia was sent to get some tea and to relax for a few minutes, Elliot walked back into his Captain's office and looked at him until he looked up from his computer.
"Why was Olivia crying? She doesn't seem like herself at all today." Elliot spoke quietly.
"She's pregnant," Cragen spoke quietly. Elliot's eyes went wide as he shut the door.
"She's pregnant? Is that the only reason why she was crying?" Elliot breathed.
"I also told her that we were transferring her... but I'm not going to do that to her. I'm not moving you either. She has been through a lot in the last year, and I don't want to make things worse for her."
"I'm going to go check on her... don't tell anyone else. She should be allowed to tell everyone when she's ready... and I have no idea when that will be."
"I don't know either. I'm going to call Trevor. See if he can come to get her. She can't work today."
"But she wants too, Don... we should try and make this as easy for her as possible. And you need to start figuring out how to tell your bosses that you refuse to transfer any of us." Elliot sighed, before turning around and leaving Cragen's office.

Elliot walked into the break room and found Olivia holding on tightly to her mug of tea as tears slipped down her cheeks. She was still so overwhelmed and scared and didn't know what to do. What to feel.
"Hey there, Livvie." Elliot breathed, as he walked over and sat beside her.
"I just need some space, El... can you just go back to your desk?" She whispered.
"I've known you for years, Olivia. I've been your friend for so long, that I know pretty much everything about you. Just like how you are pregnant. And I know that Quinny is going to be so freaking excited to get a baby brother or sister." Elliot smiled, as he placed his hand against Olivia's shoulder.
She shook a bit, before shrugging his hand off her shoulder.
"Trevor just got better, El. And now we are going to bring a new baby into the fold? What about me getting transf-"
"Cragen isn't transferring anyone. He said that and he means that. He won't split us up. Especially right now."
"Why can't anything be easy?" Olivia whispered.
"Because if stuff were easy, you wouldn't have anything to do. Now, I think... as your best friend... that you should go home if you feel like it. Maybe get an appointment and get your pregnancy confirmed. Okay?"
"No. I'm staying here. I'm working my shift and praying for a case. Any case. I just don't want to go home right now and I most certainly do not want to confirm my pregnancy yet."
///
The next morning, and after not catching a case the crew was forced to go home. Olivia hesitantly drove home and sat in her car for a while before eventually going into the house. The house was still quiet since Trevor and Quintin were still sleeping.
Olivia picked up the living room, before moving into the kitchen and doing up the dishes that her son and husband had made the day before. But as soon as Olivia started to brew the coffee, Trevor woke up and headed down the hall and towards the kitchen.
"Liv." Trevor breathed.
"Coffee will be done in a few minutes... dishes are done and now I'm going to do laundry," Olivia spoke, without even looking at her husband. She tried to slip from the kitchen, but Trevor stopped her.
"Hey, don't do this. We need to talk. We need to plan-"
"I just need some space, Trevor. Please-"
"In my vows to you, I promised to never give you space. Because I know you and I know that when you are alone, you tend to let your mind wander and everything gets worse. Darling, let's sit down and talk."
"Talk about the baby? Because who says that test actually is correct?!"
"Okay, maybe it is faulty. But maybe it wasn't. The one night we made love unprotected... maybe we were meant to do that so that we could have another child. So we could make Quinny a big brother."
"What if our baby is sick?"
"Why would our baby be sick?"
"I don't know. What if he is born with the same lung condition you had?"
"It isn't genetic. He'll be fine. He'll come out as healthy and adorable as Quintin did. He'll bring us so much happiness, just like his big brother did. We are weathered experts now."
"We aren't experts..."
"Hey, we managed to change Quintin's diapers without getting peed on within three months of him being born." Trevor chuckled. He watched as his wife smiled softly.
"I miss having a baby. Quinny is not a baby anymore. He's so independent."
"We will be fine, Liv."
"Are you sure?" Olivia sighed.
"I'm sure. Sure to the point that I'll call your doctor myself to make an appointment."

Olivia and Trevor went to Olivia's doctor's office. They settled down together, and Trevor helped Olivia filled out paperwork. It had been six years since they had to fill out this type of paperwork. Trevor had been there when Olivia's pregnancy with Quintin had been confirmed, and now he was going to be here for this pregnancy to be confirmed too.
"Olivia, are you ready?" A nurse asked, only moments after Olivia turned in her paperwork. She froze for a moment before nodding slowly.
"Yes, ma'am."
Olivia was taken back and got her blood drawn in one room before being taken to another room. The nurse made sure Olivia's blood pressure was good and that her pulse was strong before going to get Dr. O'Neal.
"Olivia Langan, I'm honestly shocked to see you." Dr. O'Neal smiled, as she walked into the room.
"We've been going through a lot lately..." Olivia trailed off nervously.
"Do you two want to discuss that at all?" She questioned, and Olivia was quick to shake her head.
"No... I just want to know if I'm pregnant or not."
"Since we've moved, we have our own lab. You should get your results in an hour or so. I'm going to ask you a few questions and then hopefully the blood test will just confirm what I suspect."
"Ask away."
