[Avie's POV]

I walked downstairs and look around the living room of our house.

I looked around at all the portraits hanging around.

Random portraits done.

The wedding ones.

The ones shot when I was pregnant.

The family ones with the kids as babies, and then with them growing up.

Regular pictures and lots of others.

To think... None of this would have happened if I never met Tony.

We've been through hell and back and in the end, managed to stay together, form a family together.

I smiled and decided to go get some water before going back to bed when...

"Hey, Bunny," I heard and stopped.

I looked and gasped.

There stood my mom, my dad, Randy, Blake, and Rocky, dressed in white and smiling at me.

I smiled back as tars pooled in  my eyes and I ran up, hugging my mom and dad first.

They all hugged me back, Rocky nudging my leg happily.

"We are so proud of you, Avery," my dad said. "You've accomplished so much."

"I still miss you," I cried.

"We know. But just know, you always have us here," my mom said, placing her hand over my heart.

I smiled as my dad wiped my tears away.

I then faced Randy and Blake, and hugged them tightly.

"Keep up the great work, Avie," Randy smiled.

"We're always going to be there for you guys," Blake said.

I smiled as I hugged them tightly and then knelt down, hugging Rocky.

"I'll see you all again one day," I smiled at them.

Just then something caught my attention.

Someone cleared their throat.

I turned and gasped as I saw...

Ana.

Mia.

Debby.

Sue.

Cat.

Sally.

I turned back to see my family and was a little surprised they weren't there.

"I guess in the end we were defeated," Sally said.

I sighed, but kept strong. "You were my friends once, when I seemed co fort I  what could kill me... But I'm not the scared Avery Winters I was before. I'm Avie Perry now," I said. "A wife, a mother, a woman, who won't let her past get her anymore."

"I see," Sally said.

"We will still be there, Avie, even if you forget about us completely," Ana said.

"We are what comforted you to sleep every night since you met us, after all," Sue said.

"I doubt I will ever need you again," I said. "Goodbye... Forever."

At that moment, they all vanished before me.

I felt like a big weight was lifted from my chest, and I let out a deep breath.

They weren't wrong. They WILL always be there, but it will be up to me if I need them or not.

Just then I hear music upstairs ands I go upstairs and follow the music into the kids room.

I open the door and was surprised by what was inside.

The kids were asleep in their beds, and Tony stummed the guitar.

He was singing.

I stood quietly at the doorway as I listened. He finished a Sleeping with Sirens song and now started singing Lullabies by All Time Low.

Make it a sweet, sweet goodbye -
it could be for the last time and it's not right.
"Don't let yourself get in over your head," he said.
Alone and far from home we'll find you...

Dead - Like a candle you burned out;
spill the wax over the spaces left in place of angry words.
Scream - To be heard, like you needed any more attention;
throw the bottle, break the door, and disappear.

Sing me to sleep, I'll see you in my dreams,
waiting to say, "I miss you. I'm so sorry."

Forever's never seemed so long as when you're not around
it's like a piece of me is missing.
I could have learned so much from you but what's left now?
Don't you realize you shot this family a world of pain?
Can't you see there should have been a happy ending we let go?

Sing me to sleep, I'll see you in my dreams,
waiting to say, "I miss you. I'm so sorry."

Sing me to sleep.
Sing me to sleep.
Sing me to sleep.
Sing me to s...

Sing me to sleep (You've taken so much with you...)
I'll see you in my dreams, (But left the worst with me...),
waiting to say, "I miss you. I'm so sorry."
I'm sorry, I'm sorry.

I smiled as I walked up and hugged him gently.

He got a little spooked before looking up and seeing me, blushing a little.

"My hero," I smiled as I hugged him. "Whether you sing or not."

He smiled and hugged me back before we leaned up and kissed.

We then crawled into bed after we left the kids to sleep and curled up in each others arms.

"I love you," I said.

"I love you, too," he said as we then both drifted to sleep.

The end! ❤
