Chapter 9: Class Time

As you and Cedric left from your dorm you and him walk to your guys first class of the day, which was nice since you both were in the same class. As you walked the crowded halls you saw Crabbe and Goyle,

"Hey guys have you seen Draco anywhere?" You asked politely "no I haven't seen him since yesterday" said Crabbe "yeah me neither, sorry y/n" said Goyle "oh ok thanks anyway" you replied

"I'll let you know if I do see him though" said Crabbe "ok thank you" you replied. You continued on your way to class still holding onto Cedric, "so why do you need to see Draco so bad?" Cedric asked "oh
o-ohm, no reason I j-just haven't seen him in a while that's all" you replied "oh.. alright then" Cedric replied awkwardly.

- A few minutes later-

After a few minutes of walking you and Cedric arrived at your first class of the day, potions class. When you both walked in the teacher Professor Snape assigned seats, he assigned you and Cedric to be seated to each other coincidently enough. You both went to take your seats when you saw Draco walk in... Professor Snape assigned him to the table right next to you and Cedric.

He hadn't noticed you yet, then Professor Snape started to take roll of everyone that was present. "Draco Malfoy" Snape called out "here" Draco replied
"Y/N Y/L/N" Snape called out "here" you replied. At that moment you saw Draco slowly turn your direction and start to blush
"Cedric Diggory" snape called out "here" Cedric said, I then saw Draco's smile and his blushing disappear without a trace.

You saw Draco give the biggest death stare on earth to Cedric, and Cedric without a doubt gave back the exact same look. You then mouthed out to Draco "stop it" he ignored you and kept staring at Cedric, you then looked to Cedric and told him to stop "Is there something you'd like to share with the class miss y/l/n?" Snape said sternly.

Your face turned bright red and you quickly responded "n-no sir" "well then zip it y/l/n" Snape replied, with him going back to the lecture. You then refocused on the situation and saw that they had stopped the death stares, you then noticed that Cedric had passed you a note.

Hey,
meet me in the Hufflepuff
common room after school is over

Ok?

You then wrote "okay..." in response on the note and passed it back to him. He smiled at you and put the note in his pocket. You then turn to look at Draco and saw that he witnessed all of that and you saw his face build with rage. "Ringggg-Ringgg" the bells had gone off to dismiss the class and you saw that Draco was gone.

You turn to see Cedric but he too was also missing, in the background you here a bunch of ruckus going on outside the classroom. You slowly walk out to see what was going on, and you see everyone surrounded in a circle, you fight your way through the crowd to see what was going on and that's when you see Draco with a note in his hand screaming at Cedric. "

"WHAT THE HELL IS THIS MUDBLOOD?!" Draco screamed with anger "ITS JUST A NOTE YOU HALF WIT GET OVER YOURSELF" Cedric screamed back. As Draco was about to raise a fist, you quickly run in between the two of them "STOP IT" you yell. "YOU ARE BEING CRAZY DRACO" you scream again.

You see his eyes slowly go to you and his fist lowers, all the anger in his face softens and you see him on the verge of crying "So how is it then hm?!

I thought you said nothing was going on! Did the other night mean nothing to you?!" He said angry and anxiously, he runs out of the circle and disappears, you try to chase after him but Cedric pulls you back "don't waste your time, he just needs a minute" Cedric said.

You look up at him "I hope you're right" you reply. You then hug Cedric and he walks the two of you to your next class as the crowd behind you begins to spread about.

Draco's POV:
As I walked into my first class of the day, potions, I took my seat and waited for Professor Snape to take attendance.

He then called out my name first "Draco Malfoy" he announced "here" I replied. "Y/N Y/L/N" snape called out "here" she said, my eyes lit up and I turned to see where she was, she's right next to me!

I slowly turned to her and blushed. "Cedric Diggory" snape called "here" he replied, hearing his name fueled me with anger, and he's sitting next to her!!

I Who does this filthy mudblood think he is?? I hated him so much, I started giving him the dirtiest look and he returned the favor. We stared at eachother with such anger and hatred,

I guess y/n had noticed it cause she then mouthed to me "stop it" I didn't listen however, I hated seeing him with her. She had said the same to Cedric and it caught Snapes attention "Is there something you'd like to share with the class miss y/l/n?" Snape said y/n's fave turned bright red and she answered "n-no sir" all nervously "well then zip it y/l/n" he said moving on with the lecture.

I quit giving diggory the death glare when I noticed little ol diggory writing a note to her. WHO DOES HE THINK HE IS!! Oh can't wait to get my hands on this stupid low life mudblood! *ringggg-ringgg" the dismissal bell rang and I stared at diggory while we both walked out ready for something to go down.

I snatched the note diggory was holding and held it in the air "WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?!" I yelled, "ITS JUST A NOTE YOU HALF WIT GET OVER YOURSELF" he replied.

Oh he's asking for it now, I raised a fist ready to swing when y/n got in between us. "STOP IT" she yelled "YOU ARE BEING CRAZY DRACO" she yelled once more. It really hurt me to say that, even though she was right, I lowered my fist and felt myself getting emotional yet still angry with her

"So how is it then hm?! I thought you said nothing was going on! Did the other night mean nothing to you?!" I called out angry and anxiously, I ran out of the circle and into the restroom before anyone could see me fall apart
