Rani: Mini didi, chai bana doon aapki?
Mini: Haan bilkul. Arya kidhar hai?
Rani: Oh apne kamre vich.
Mini: Aur Keya?
Rani: Oh mennu nahi pata.
Mini: Arrey aise kaise.
She went to search for her. Keya was standing outside Neil's room. Mini came to her.
Mini: What happened? Why are you standing here? (She didn't say anything) Neil se milna hai, baat karni hai usse? (She nodded in affirmative) Come with me.
She took Keya to her room.
Mini: You know, jab mai chhoti thi naa, mere Papa Ji bhi door rehte the. I used to miss him so much. But jab bhi woh ghar aate the naa, mujhe itni excitement hoti thi, itni khushi hoti thi ki kya batau. Do you feel the same?
Keya: Mujhe Mumma ne kabhi bataya hi nahi Papa ke baare mein. Phir jab aap aayi thi naa papa ke saath, uss din bataya ki yeh mere papa hain.
Mini: Acha, phir pata hai, mera mann karta tha ki mai unse bahot saari baatein karu, kitna kuch tha jo mujhe share karna tha unse. But har baar naa, mai ruk jati thi. Pata nahi kyun par, chhupti thi unse, ghabra jaati thi unke samne. And that was a mistake. Agar maine unse ek baar bhi thik se baat ki hoti naa, toh aaj itne regrets nahi hote.
Keya: Aapke papa kahan hai?
Mini: Pata nahi.🙂
Keya: Aur aapki Mumma?
Mini: Mere paas nahi hai, phir bhi mere saath hain. But tumhe yeh sab batane ka purpose yeh tha, ki jo bhi baat tum apne dad se karna chahti ho, just don't stop yourself. Woh zaroor sunenge tumhe. Hmm? (She nodded) Now go, have breakfast with Arya.
She ran out of her room. Neil was listening to their conversation. He got emotional. He wanted to do something for her but he knew he can't, as he didn't know anything about her father. Suddenly, Mini's phone rang. She picked up the call.
Mini: Hello! Hello! Who is this? Hello!
Kal se blank calls kiye jaa rahe ho. Who the hell are you?
The call got disconnected. She placed the phone on her table. She came out of her room and saw Neil standing there with tears in his eyes.
Mini: She will talk to you. Uski saari baatein sunna aur kuch apni bhi kehna. She will love it.
Saying this, she left. She didn't know that the tears in his eyes were for her.
Neil was about to go but he heard Mini's phone ringing. He took the phone with him and gave it to Mini. She was having breakfast.
Mini: Arrey, yaar yeh wohi number hai phir se. Just decline it. Yaa ek kaam karo, tum baat karo. Kya pata kuch bole.
Neil (to the caller): Hello!
Caller: Who is it?
Neil: Who are you Mister?
Caller: I want to talk to Ms. Mini.
Neil: Jab woh phone uthati hai tab bolte nahi.
Caller: Aap kaun hain?
Neil: I am Neil Oberoi, head chef, Patiala Babes Restaurant.
Caller: Aap uske employee hain, uska phone kaise utha sakte hain.
Neil: How stupid😑
He disconnected the call and came to Mini.
Mini: Kuch bola yeh unknown caller?
Neil: Ji bilkul. Yeh bola ki mai tumhara employee hoon and I shouldn't take your calls.
Mini: What? (She couldn't control her laugh)
Neil: Arrey, tumhe hasi aa rahi hai.
Mini: Haan toh, mai has nahi sakti kya? Aur sahi toh keh raha tha woh. I am your boss.
Neil: Hello madam.. aapne hi mujhe kaha tha phone uthane ke liye. Don't forget.
Phone rang again.
Mini: Chalo uthao phone.😏
Neil: 😒 (he picked up the call and put it on speaker) Hello!
Caller: Mujhe Ms. Mini se baat karni hai.
Neil: Pehle aap apne baare mein batayiye.
Caller: Apni boss ka phone uthane ka right tumhe kisne diya?
Mini became angry on this. She took the phone from his hand.
Mini: Oh hello. Tum kaun hote ho yeh decide karne wale ki mai kisko apna phone doon kisko nahi. Neil is my chef, my tenant, my friend, my .. tum kaun ho?
The call got disconnected.
Mini and Neil (together): Strange🙄
Neil: Acha waise, kya keh rahi rhi tum? I am your what?
Mini: Kya? Bola toh maine.. chef, tenant, friend..
Neil: Aur?
Mini: Aur bas. Acha, Arya aur Keya ek saath hi hain. They are at the park. So, tum ready ho jao and we will go to the restaurant.
She left. Neil smiled to himself.
At night
Mini and Neil were playing with Arya and Keya. Neil got a call. He went to a corner.
Neil: Hello!
Caller: Hello!
Neil: You! Once again. Arrey what is your problem? Ab mujhe kyun call kar rahe ho?
Caller: I need a help Neil, from you.
