"If Jackson doesn't know what he's doing, then he probably doesn't know that someone's controlling him." My sister said to the boys over the phone.
"Or he doesn't remember." Scott suggests.
"What if it's the same kind of thing that happened with Lydia when she took off from the hospital?" Stiles says, but I don't think this is anything like that. Well, maybe there is a small similarity, but barely.
"A fugue state?" Allison says.
"He'd have to forget everything- The murder." Scott says.
"Getting rid of the blood." I said, trying not to think about Jackson covered in his poor victims blood.
"But he had help with one thing- The video." Stiles says. "And someone else helped him forget that."
"Whoever's controlling him." Scott said.
"Are you sure Jackson has no clue about any of this?" Allison asked them to make sure.
"He thinks he's still becoming a werewolf and that being with Lydia somehow delayed the whole thing." I said. "And hearing it come out of my mouth, it sounds completely ludicrous."
"So do we try to convince him he's not?" She asked.
"If it helps us find out whose controlling him, then yeah." Scott confirmed.
"Do you think he'll talk to us after what we did?" She asked, and my eyes widened.
"Sorry, we? No, there is no we. That was all you three, Jocelyn and I had no part in it!" I said, putting my hands in defense. "But, he might talk to me."
"Why you?" Stiles asked me.
"Because I'm not the one who locked him up like an animal." I said, and he didn't say anything. "Anyway, I'm going to bed. Mom's forcing me to go to your school tomorrow because I was out all day and didn't tell her where I was. So, thanks for that and goodnight!"
I get up from Allison's bed, walking over to her door, opening it and leaving the room, vaguely hearing her tell me goodnight.

Allison and I walked into the library and I rolled my eyes when she glanced over at the security cameras.
We walked into a certain section, and she took out her tablet, sticking it through the shelf so Scott could grab it on the other end.
"That's everything I could translate." I said to them.
"You translated this?" Stiles asked me, and I nodded.
"Yeah. Learned the language just so I could read the book. I saved all your asses." I said, and Allison chuckled next to me.
"Yeah, yeah. Whatever." Stiles grumbled.
"Anyway, does it say how to find out whose controlling him?" Scott asked us.
"Not really. But Stiles was right about the murders." My sister said, and the boy smiled triumphantly. "It calls the Kanima a weapon of vengeance. There's a story in there about this South American priest who uses the Kanima to execute murderers in his village-"
"All right, see? So maybe it's not all that bad." Stiles says, trying to be a bit optimistic about the situation, but he didn't hear the full story.
"Until the bond grew strong enough that it killed whoever he wanted it to." I finished, and he instantly regretted what he said.
"All bad, all very, very bad." He rushed out.
"Here's the thing, though. The Kanima's actually supposed to be a werewolf." Allison stopped talking when someone came near before continuing. "But it can't be..."
