Allison sighed as we pulled up to Lydia's house, putting her head in her hands after she parked before looking at Lydia.

"I need you to promise that you won't say anything about what just happened." Allison said to her, hoping she'd keep her mouth shut.

"I'll promise not to say anything about what just happened if you can tell me what the hell just happened." She said, wanting to know the truth.

"It's-It's just complicated." My sister stammered.

I snorted, "You are not wrong."

"Well, how 'bout you start with why was Derek there?" She asked her. "Or where Jackson went, or what is wrong with Erica?" The two of us didn't say anything. "Oh, do you need a minute to come up with a plausible lie?"

"Part of the reason why I'm asking is because Scott and I aren't supposed to see each other, okay? So, it's better if you just keep what you know to yourself." She snapped.

"Fine." Lydia said. "I'll keep what I know about you and your boyfriend- which is nothing- to myself."

Lydia went to get out of the car when my sister stopped her.

"He's not just my boyfriend." Allison said. "You get that, right?"

"Let go!" Lydia hissed, trying to get out of her grip.

"Just for one second, please, try and remember-"

"Remember what?" Lydia snapped, cutting her off.

"Remember what it feels like. All of those times in school when you see him standing down the hall, and you cannot breathe until you're with him. Or those times in class when you-you can't stop looking at the clock because you know that he's standing right out there waiting for you." She said, and Lydia looked to be deep in thought, but she also looked upset. "Do you remember what that's like?"

Lydia stared at her before answering. "No."

"What do you mean, 'no'? You've had boyfriends." Allison said, not really understanding what she meant.

"None like that." She said quietly. I was about to say something when she opened the car door and left, the two of us watching as she walked up to her house.

I get out of the back and sit in the passenger seat of the car, and my sister looks shocked and upset by what Lydia said.

"I feel bad. I hate lying to her, she deserves the truth." I said, breaking my sister out of her daze.

"I know. But not tonight." Allison starts the car back up and the two of us drive back home in complete silence.

-

"I'm gonna kill you. Are you two mental?!" I yelled at the two idiots in front of me.

"Uh,"

"Don't answer that." I held my hand up to Stiles, glancing back over at the white police van that was currently holding an unconscious Jackson.

"Why would you kidnap him?" Jocelyn asked them.

Let me explain what happened. So last night the boys followed the Kanima, Jackson, to a gay club, and he ended up paralyzing Danny. Then the boys somehow knocked Jackson out, chained him up in a police van, and decided to hide him out here somewhere in the middle of the preserve.

"It seemed like a good idea at the time." Scott said, and the two of us facepalmed, having a hard time believing that they could actually be stupid enough to kidnap Jackson.

"Stiles! McCall! I'm gonna kill you!" I suddenly heard Jackson yell from inside the van.

Well looks like the jerk is awake.
