Two Worlds, One Heart (Rexsoka)

Ahsoka and Rex where soon on the pirate ship entering the slave planets atmosphere, their hands clasped in each others as the ship shuddered slightly.

But they broke apart as soon as they landed, Obiang rolled his eyes and stated loudly and obviously “well I’m going to check the landing gear really quick” before leaving the couple alone with Anakin who simply facepalmed and glared at the two.

“You could try to keep it less obvious you know” he said but continued

“Rex I am serious about you keeping her safe, do not leave her alone with any of these slavers” Rex nodded as Anakin finished and left.

Ahsoka was about to follow her master when Rex stopped her “Whatever happens, I promise I will never leave you alone, they will have to go through me to get to you” Rex said pulling her into a tight embrace.

Ahsoka smiled and returned the hug before pulling him down into a passionate kiss, Rex pulled her closer tighter before they broke apart. “Come on, let's go find my people” said Ahsoka.

Needless to say that the plan did not go as intended and soon both Rex and Obi-wan were tied up in a ring awaiting the executioner.

“Don’t worry Rex'' said Obi-wan Rex couldn’t help the feeling of hopelessness as he stared up at the Queen who had Ahsoka by a leash in a much more provocative outfit than before making his blood boil.

“Attention my subjects'' the queen said over the speakers ''We have an honorable guest tonight, the most honorable Jedi Knight Obi-wan Kenobi, and a clone trooper, so tonight we will be enjoying the show of the good jedi general being ripped apart by rancor.”

Obi-wan laughed slightly “I think I prefer Geonosis' '.

The queen continued “and to further honor this occasion I give my most trusted advisor a gift, the first of the newest slaves from the planet of Shel '' she said as she handed over Ahsoka’s leash to a rather repulsive man.

Who excitedly grins at his newest toy. Rex on the other hand starts to yank at his chains, willing them to break as the man now holding Ahsoka’s chain pulls her out of sight.

               “Rex” said Obi-wan now trying to calm the frantic Captain “she will be fine, she is a brilliant fighter and an amazing Jedi, I feel bad for the advisor if I were you” he finished now using the force on his bindings

“Sir, please” Rex practically begged

“Only if you don’t let on your free” replied Obiang, to which Rex nodded slightly.

Once somewhat free from his bindings Rex still made the appearance of trying to break out, waiting for his girl to give the signal. Silently praying as he did.

               The wait for the rancor was not long and soon the duo were jumping on and off beasts trying to avoid both the rancor as well as the whips from the slavers.

Rex soon was able to use the rancor to jump over the wall and make his way up to the queen's box, but to his dismay was empty.

He could feel the fear fill his heart as it plummeted to his stomach. There was a split second where he could feel his mind slowly trying to figure out what to do, then he heard a loud scream and a crashing sound.

Rex didn’t wait a second, he bolted to the sound of the scream.

               What he saw not only made his blood boil but made him want to beat the Criff out of the slime bag who was trying to force himself onto Ahsoka who in turn had multiple  burns and cuts on her face and body.

Rex let go and threw the bandtha crud off of her and into a glass wall holding odd objects.

Ahsoka dropped for a minute her body exhausted from the fight, she looked up at Rex who was now fighting the bandha of an advisor who had produced the same weapon he had used on her.

It was a dual knife and electro whip, and it was not a nice feeling being hit with that.

She felt for her lightsabers but found the space empty, “Criff” she swore now looking around for the room trying to find them just as she was pinned to the ground by what felt like a boulder

“Criff, Ahsoka I’m so sorry” Rex said jumping off her as he helped her to her feet. “Ahsoka hu?” said the Advisor, “pretty name for a piece of meat, great ass though”

Rex hurled himself at the Advisor as Ahsoka used the wall for support, finally spotting her lightsabers.

               Rex didn’t know he could feel this mad before in his life, he tried his best to subdue the advisor but soon found himself on the business end of the knife again.

His mind fighting just as hard as his body as the two wrestled, the next thing he knew the advisor went flying out of an open door and off a balcony. Rex looked around for the Jedi responsible, thinking that maybe Ahsoka had been the one to push off the attacker.

But she was out cold on the floor with lightsabers in her hands barely breathing, Rex could feel dread fill him for a second, then it was replaced by a new feeling.

It was almost cozy, as he heard the sounds of the song, praying that this was not because of a concussion he looked around.

There on the floor was a multi-colored rock that was calling to him, he reached down and slowly picked it up, it was no bigger than his thumb but warm and pulsing.

As though it had its own heartbeat.

               Ahsoka groaned her body fighting her to stay down when she willed herself to get up. Rex almost dropped the weird rock before stowing it away and rushing to her side. “Hey, easy now my little Jedi” Rex said as he pulled her into his arms

''I have to get up” she said rapidly as she tried to get up again but Rex wasn’t going to let her hurt herself more “what did they do to you?” he asked as he looked her over.

Scratches and gashes spanned most of her body some under the provocative clothing “REX!!!AHSOKA!!!!!” came both Obi-wan and Cody’s calls “IN HERE!!” Rex yelled back fear very clearly in his voice.

As Obi-wan rounded the corner  Rex could feel exhaustion trying to take over, obi-wan and Cody didn’t waste a second and soon had both of them on med beds on the way to the ship.
