Two Worlds, One Heart (Rexsoka)

The Fall

Ahsoka woke with a fright as the cell door slammed open, her head whipped to the intruder, Fox stood in the doorway, his helmet on so she could not feel his grin but she knew it was there. “Times up traitor” he spoke with such malice in his voice,  Ahsoka visibly shook as she tried to get to her feet. Once she did she looked at him in the face, or helmet, before speaking “I am no traitor”. Her voice was strong and confident even though the circumstances should have her terrified. 

Fox snorted before speaking “Get her out of here” he spoke to his troops, who unlike Fox, treated Ahsoka gently. They walked her down corridor after corridor until they arrived at a strange shuttle, it was crome collared but large enough to fit at least fifteen people inside. Once the doors opened Ahsoka saw a chair that was bolted to the wall, but that was not what scared her, it was the kamino standing next to it. 

“Sit her in the chair, i will start the saturation protocols”  said the long neck, the troops moved Ahsoka into the chair. During that time Ahsoka fought hard against them, tugging at her arms trying to free from their hold, she yelled out in frustration as they finally bolted her down. “Dont worry Youngling the texts theat tell how to do this process may be old but I have had many years of experience putting defective clones to rest” said the Kaminoan. 

Ahsoka could feel her stomach churn at the thought of any one of the 501st being treated like this. Her mouth was forced shut by a restraint of the chair as Fox roughly put it on, he was probably grinning as he saw the jedi in discomfort, knowing what was to come. "Now we are going to put a paralytic agent in you, it will burn at first but you will soon not be able to move and any movement or wounds you receive will be twice as effective" explained the long neck as it stuck a rather large needle into Ahsoka's neck. 

She did the only normal thing she could. 

She screamed. 

Though her mouth was muffled her scream still registered in Fox's troops, causing them to either look away or fidget uncomfortably. Fox on the other hand was perfectly still as he watched Ahsoka slowly lose the ability to move, soon all Ahsoka could do was breath and watch the environment around her. The long neck smiled before leaving the room, Fox's men on the other hand looked as though they wanted to join her. Especially when Fox spoke next. 

"Prep her to drop into the pit"

Ahsoka could feel her Heart beating faster and faster, as though it was trying to drawl it's way out of her chest. 

It only increased when the clone troopers in bound her from the chair and Fox had begun to talk her through what was going to happen to her. "Now we are going to put your treacherous ass into that tube, and when I pull that pretty little leaver next to it you will drop into a pit designed so you can't use the force. And when you hit the bottom of the five hundred foot drop. If you are still alive you will be slowly eaten by the night watch worms." By now she had been put into the tube, but Fox was enjoying his little talk with her, the rest of the clones seemed to have disappeared leaving the two on their own. 

"But these worms have had hundreds of years to inbred and feed off each other, sometimes the senate guard will throw some junk down there, like you for instance, but they have become quite aggressive as of late." Fox continued. Ahsoka had closed her eyes now, not wanting her last glimpse of life to be this foul creature. 

She yelped or tried to when she felt his ruff hands on her chin painfully squeezing causing tears to fall from her. She felt his foul breath get closer to her face as he whispered "this is what happens to sluts like you who don't stay in line and obey the rules". He then did something that repulsed her further. 

He forcefully kissed her. 

When he finally pulled away he had a sick grin on his face as he addressed her. "You know I kinda see why Rex kept you as his toy. It's a pitty he didn't share. I wonder how he will take it when I tell him that in your last moments you tried to bribe your way to freedom by seduction. Granted after seeing him drunk on top of the base tower trying to off himself he might actually do it this time. And when he does I'll be there…...to remind him" just as he finished he pulled the lever. 

Ahsoka could feel the wind rushing around her as her body fell limply to her death, her mind flashing through her life as she fell. First when master plo had found her, then as a youngling retrieving her crystal, becoming Skywalker's Padawan, meeting Rex, falling in love with Rex, her wedding and finally the look on Rex's face as she was sentenced to death. Her tears fell freely as she waited for herself to hit the bottom. 

Then she heard a voice, Rex's voice, "Cyare! Can you hear me?!". She cried harder as she felt pain erupt from her back and legs, she was surely dead, "Cyare open your eyes please" his voice sounded pleading, deciding that this had to be the afterlife she opened her eyes. Rex looked over her his hands starting to stroke her face gently as tears fell from his, he bent down and kissed her nose, cheeks and forehead as she felt pain in her arm, "it's ok Ahsoka we are giving you an antidone to the paralytic agent" came her master's voice. Ahsoka still couldn't move but she could see the holes she had fallen out of, but not the animals. 

Rex was far to concerned about holding his wife and after dealing with no less than six mutant night watch worms, he wasn't in the mood for any more surprises. He thought back to how he used the grappling hooks on his belt to not only catch her but bring them back to the ground safely, just the sight of her falling body was something he never wanted to see again. Once Skywalker had finished the injection Rex stood up with Ahsoka still in his arms and walked back down the tunnel and into Skywalkers ship that was waiting for them. Skywalker was hot on Rex's tail from tunnel to ship, and once they reached the ship ran for the pilots seat as Kix helped Rex into the medical room.
