I woke up bright and early. It had been a few weeks since I fought the troll. After that night it was like people put me on a pedostool. Everyone thought I was such an amazing witch.
I have to admit I did like all the attention, because at home I had no siblings and my parents where usually working. So it was nice feeling needed.
Since I had so much extra time I put my H/C hair into a curly up do and did some light makeup.
I pranced down into the common room to see Draco sitting in the couch. He looked rather sad.
"Morning" I grinned
"God you scared me" he sighed.
He turned around to look at me and when he did his eyes widened.
"You look.. lovely" he smiled
"Thankyou" I smiled back.
He was reading a book, but not a book for school. It was a muggle book.
"What are you reading" I said as I sat on the couch next to him and flipped my head into his lap.
"The golden compass" he smiled.
I started to fiddle with the loose seam on my shirt. It was nice just being with Draco. I didn't even need to talk, his company was just enough to make me happy.
After a while we both decided to head to breakfast. We walked down the halls taking about the quiddich game we played yesterday. Slytherin vs Hufflepuff. Draco fought the snitch and slytherin won.
As I was walking someone from behind me yanked my hand causing me to fall backwards into someone chest.
"What do you want Flint" I sneered.
"Morning Y/N, you look lovely today" he smiled
"Dude stop I don't like you" I groaned.
"Oh but you will" he grinned.
All if a sudden I was yanked away into someone else's arms. Draco stood in front of me, holding one of my hands behind him.
"Leave it flint" I spat.
"Ohhhh you got yourself a boyfriend, Y/N" He laughed.
Draco looked absolutely furious.
"Leave her alone or I'll hex you" he sneered.
"Woah calm down big boy" he laughed as he walked away.
Draco then turned to face me, still having a tight grip on my hand.
"Are you okay" he sighed
"I just wish he would leave me alone" I smiled.
And with that we continued walking down the corridor to the great hall.
When we entered I realised we where still holding hands. I looked down at our hands twisted together then back up at Draco.
He met my eyes and quickly let go if my hand, his face turning a light shade if pink.
"I'll be back" I chimed
I walked towards the Gryffindor table to say hi to Harry, Ron and Hermione.
"Morning"i smiled.
"Y/N your just the person I've been looking for" Hermione practically yelled.
"What's wrong" I asked
"Do you know who Nicholas Flamel is" she asked in an urgent tone.
"Nope" I sighed.
She let out a big groan.
"Why what's wrong" I asked
"Never mind" she groaned
"Well okay" I laughed.
"Congrats on winning your quiddich game yesterday" Harry smiled
"Thanks, good luck for yours against Ravenclaw." I smiled.
And with that so walked back to slytherin table to meet Draco.
"What where you doing talking to Potter and Granger." He spat.
"Nothing don't worry" I reassured him.
I began to eat immediately. I was so hungry. I ate two waffles and a piece if toast.
First I had potions. I didn't even know what potion I was making. I just chucked some stuff in the cauldron.
Draco and me talked most of that class. Next we had a free period so we went for a walk to the black lake.
Right before we started to leave I heard a sickening voice.
"Drakey how are you" Pansy screeched latching into his arm
"Better if you would go away"he spat.
"Now Draco font be mean just because Y/N here." She smirked
"What" I spat.
"Me and Draco have been getting very close recently." He sneered.
"Draco"i questioned.
He knew I hates Pansy so we would he hangout with her behind my back.
"Y/N I just helped her with some charms homework" she whispered.
"Don't lie Drakey" she smirked.
"I need some air" I sneered before pushing past both of them.
"Y/N wait!" He yelled.
"I NEED SOME AIR" I shouted back before storming out the corridor.
