See, nine years ago, four girls would never have thought that they'd be here. Sitting in front of a monitor as they awaited the auditionees.

Their auditionees.

Who would have thought that the first group to ever win the X Factor would also be the group to make a TV show together? Where it's their turn to mentor.

To teach the stuff they knew now that they didn't before.

"Are we rolling?" Perrie asks silently, her eyes set on the sweets from the other table, hoping that she has time to get one when the bell rings, signalling that they are in fact starting.

"Wow, we're really here aren't we?" Jade grins, still unable to wrap her head around everything because—

Everything felt so surreal.

It felt like she was living in an actual dream and sharing it with the three girls beside her. Because never would she have ever thought that they'd even make it through. Never thought they'd make it big.

Never thought they'd be able to do this and give others a chance to have what they have.

I mean, maybe not everything but, it's nice to think that there's a chance that it's their turn to form a group that would be close to having a friendship such as theirs.

"Are we ready for boy band day?" Jade could feel the rush, the excitement coursing through their veins as they cheered, raising their arms up in the air while they smiled.

"You remind us a bit of JT, yeah?" Jesy says right after he sings, Adam, the poor lad could only smile awkwardly as he tells them he had no idea who JT was. Nor did he even had an idea about *NSYNC.

I mean, the girls tried their best to refresh his memory, and sang a few songs from said boy band when he just stood there. Jesy laughs. "No, right guys," she stops them, chuckling a bit as she laid eyes on Perrie, watching as her soft glare turned even softer when it landed on Jade.
