"You said you got me a gig." Perrie Edwards breathes out as she stares at the building in front of her, lugging the heavy gear as she holds her beloved camera on her hands, Jesy grins, nodding her head. "I did! What else do you think we're here for?"
"This is Leigh's building, Jes." The blonde breathes out slowly, trying her best not to snap and freak out as the ginger nods her head, humming. "Exactly."
"She- you two aren't going to make me film your uh, tape, right?" She asks, suddenly wanting to bolt out and back off, uneasily shifting away from the older girl when she chokes, eyes wide and cheeks flushed. "No!"
"Then why did you bring me here, then?" Perrie replies exasperatedly, scratching her head as Jesy takes a deep breath.
"Would you please just trust me, kid?" She huffs, crossing her arms and raising an eyebrow as the blonde nods, slumping her shoulders in dismay, knowing she couldn't really argue with the ginger once she calls her "kid."
Jesy leads the way, crossing the road and helping the blonde carry her stuff when they enter the building, greeting the receptionist on the desk, having known him since Jesy practically lived in this building.
Perrie was still unsure why the ginger wanted her here.
Well, apart from the fact that Leigh-Anne had a designing job at the side while finishing her degree for music, she had no idea why the older girl would drag her here. Not unless she had a client.
"Leigh and I are going to leave you two, by the way. She has to drop off some of her commissions." Jesy tells her as a heads up, the blonde hums, "She's been doing great lately, huh? She deserves it."
The older girl could only smile, nodding her head in agreement. Leigh was really a talented woman and she's just so happy that she's getting the recognition she truly deserves.
Perrie stares at the girl beside her, watching her hold back her grin as she plays with the ring on her finger, one that Leigh had given her one time to act as a little fidget toy in case she gets anxious. Jesy's never removed it since.
"You two are going to dominate the world. I just know it." She smiles, patting her back as the doors opened, Jesy chuckles, "And you're going to capture every moment of it."
"Bingo." Perrie replies with a small smirk as they headed towards the apartments, the blonde breathes, "This isn't Leigh's door... Did she move?" She trails off, scratching her head as Jesy laughs, "I told you, I got you a gig... it just happens to be her neighbor."She didn't say anything after that, just following the ginger inside as they entered the cozy space, Perrie felt like she was home. Not that it felt familiar but the sight of a Newcastle jersey on the wall and the sight of mince and dumplings on the table, she hums.
Leigh-Anne looks up from her spot, grinning and greeting Jesy with a tight embrace and a kiss as she gives Perrie a light kiss on the cheek, "So, she's just in her room preparing. Would it be alright if we leave you two already?"
Perrie hums, already setting up her stuff when Jesy gives her a pat as Leigh treads her fingers through her hair, "You got this, kid!"
"Would the two of you please stop calling me kid? It's just a two year age gap!" She exclaims with a laugh, watching them get out of the door as she waits from her spot, fiddling with her camera when the bedroom door opens.
Looking up, she didn't expect someone probably her age, donning an all white tracksuit. Perrie's breath hitches at the sight of her. She's never seen someone so beautiful.
So breathtakingly beautiful.
The way her brunette locks fell from her shoulders, the two streaks of blonde hair were left loose, her caramel skin, her brown bambi eyes.
