J-hope's Point Of View
"Goodmorning boss."i sat on the chair infront of her.
It's just seven o clock in the morning when i finally arrived at the cafe.She was busy again on her laptop while sipping her coffee.
She just looked at me for a second then she focused her attention on her laptop again.
I sighed.She's always like this.
How am i supposed to bring back her old self if she's always grumpy?
I raised my hand to get the waiter's attention and starts to order my breakfast.
"Hey,You okay?"tanong nito nang mapansin niyang masyadong galit ang itsura nito habang nakatutok ang atensiyon sa screen ng laptop nito.
Hindi siya nito pinansin kaya umupo si J-hope sa tabi nito at tinignan ang dahilan kung bakit siya nagkakaganito.
"What's with Mr Jang's Case?I mean you really like to handle his case."
Tinanggal nito ang suot nitong salamin bago bumaling sakaniya.
Her emotions suddenly changed."Mr Jang is my father."
Halos malaglag si J-hope sa kinakaupuan nito dahil sa narinig niya.
"H-He's your what?"
"He's my father."ulit nito.
"B-But your surname is---------"
"We are just his second family."naging blangko ang ekspresyon nito.
She took a deep breath"A year ago when i was just starting to work at the law firm a middle aged woman came to me.She was begging me to handle his husband's case but i refused."
"Why?"i asked.
"Because before she came to my office the C.E.O already talked to me and explained what exactly happened that time.She was the one who killed my father after she found out that my father had an affair with my mother."
I saw how her tears suddenly fall but she immediately wipped it. "M-My mother didn't know that my father was already married up until now."
"You're not planning to tell her?"
"Maybe after this case."
"But why boss?"
"I don't want to stress her again specially now because she's not getting any younger."
"Then what happened?"
"I just saw my father twice and when he last came to visit us he and my brother had a fight.He was forcing my brother to be a lawyer just like him but my brother wants to be a doctor.He beat my brother up to the point that he can't even open his eyes."
"I was so afraid that time so i throw my dreams away and chose to be like my dad.He was so happy when he heard about that,He even enrolled me to a prestigious school and gave everything i want."
"But why didn't you chose your own dreams?"
"B-Because i want him to be proud of me even just once."
Ramdam ni J-hope ang lungkot at sakit na nararamdaman nito habang nagkwekwento.
