Waves crashed upon the sands of a beautiful white beach, the sun starting to set over the crystal like ocean; a tall, skeleton blonde man looked over at the setting sun, his electric blue eyes trapped within the pages of the past, reminiscing with a heavy heart.
"Nana!" A young teen shouted, his yellow bags swinging as he ran towards another person; a woman with onyx black hair and a mole below the right side of her lip. The lady, Nana, turned and smiled brightly –
"Toshinori! It's good to see you, my boy!" The boy, Toshinori, gripped his bag, clearly shy but still smiled at her.
"It's good to see you too, Nana." The teen looked around the snow filled streets to the darkened sky, and asked;
"What are we going to do?" Nana didn't respond, but turned and started to walk, and Toshinori legged it after her like a loyal puppy. Nana giggled at Toshinori's antics, then asks curiously;
"Hey, Toshinori, why'd you want to be a hero?" The teen startled at the question but answered shyly.

"I will! I will be the pillar that people can rely on to inspire the next generations!" Turning on her heels, Nana scans Toshinori then proudly says;
"Determined. Good! Also, a piece of advice: Smile!" Nana demonstrates by pulling her lips into a wide smile,
"Smile even when the world seems wrong! Even when your afraid, Smile!" Nana lets her fingers drop, but her smile remains;
"For the people who can smile after everything are the strongest."
A huge yellow boot slams into Toshinori's face, and he falls to the ground with a pained groan as a man plants another boot on his back. A laugh comes from the other side of the room and Toshinori glances at Nana, who waves at the person stood on Toshinori;
"Nice try! But, Toshinori, let me introduce you to my best friend; Sorahiko Torina or Gran Torina, his hero name." The grey haired man stands beside Nana,
"This the welp you've chosen then?" Honey brown eyes studied Toshinori intensely;
