"bellamy!??" I heard a very familiar voice say.
everyone turns towards the ladder and i see Octavia half way down and she jumps down the rest of the way "Octavia!" i heard the guard bellamy say as Octavia is pushing her way through the crowd that's grown on the ground level i heard a bunch of people whispering 'that's Octavia Blake!' 'that's the girl they found hidden under the floor' she ignored them and pushed her way through the rest of the people to bellamy.
Octavia pulls bellamy into a big hug and bellamy wraps his arms around her waist lifting her up slightly "what are you doing here" Octavia asks in kind of shock and excitement "well someone's gotta keep you out of trouble" bellamy says with a smug smirk on his face and she slaps his arm playfully and her eyes go kinda wide and she pinches his sleeve "what's this! and guard jacket!?" she ask with her tone a little big made "calm down O i had to get on the dropship somehow" and she nods in understanding and I'm really confused because she never mentioned she had a boyfriend to anything.
"ugh, open the door!!" someone yelled from the crowd "can you give us a minute i haven't seen my brother in a year" Octavia yells and my eyes go wide in realization 'what?' 'no one has a brother?' she's the girl they found hidden under the floor!' a bunch of people started yelling things and she went to go at them but bellamy held her back and turned her around 'hey, hey lets give them something else to remember you by!" he mumbles "yeah, like what" Octavia grumbles "like the first person on the ground in 100 years" bellamy says and Octavia's face brightens a bunch and she nods during there conversation iv been scooting forward a bit and now I'm next to the lever and bellamy turns to me and nods toward the lever and i nod and raise my hand and slowley pull the lever down.
there's a hissing sound and and the air lock on the door opens and slowly the door lowers and a blinding light streams in through the door. when my eyes adjust everything's green and bright and everyone has a look of awe on there faces slowly Octavia steps forward and walks down the ramp and stops at the end to take a deep breath and jumps down onto the ground and yells "WE'RE BACK BITCHES!!!!" and raises her fist in the air while all the JD's run out and are yelling in excitement.
i make my way down the ramp slowly behind Clarke and bellamy and take a deep breath; the air is so fresh and smells exactly the way i thought it would, like trees and dirt and grass a soft breeze hit my face and my lips tug into a small genuine smile something i haven't done in a while.
about half and hour later everyone's calmed down and returned around the dropship. there's little groups around some making and play drums from flyaway bits of metal from the ship a group and guys are running around playing tag and some other have taken seats from the drop ship and are just sitting in groups and talking. i decided to go find some logs and follage to make a fire and some other longer logs to sit on.
I'm carrying a long heavy log on my should over to the TP shaped bundle of sticks and set in down and crouch down by the fire and look over my shoulder to make sure no ones watching and spark a flame in my hand and light the fire. it roars and starts to burn. "hey, how'd you do that" i heard a male voice behind me and looked over my shoulder to see sarcastic demon himself. john murphy. i just shrugged my shoulders and stood up dusting my hands off on my black jeans.
"i asked you a question?" he said after he had walked closer to me but i just decided to walkaway and go find Octavia. i only got a meter away until he grabbed my shoulder and turned me around roughly his left fist was about to connect with jaw while his right hand was still on my shoulder but i swung my arm up and grabbed his fist sending and electric bot through my arm and shocking him, i guess i did it way more powerful than i thought because he got sent back about 3 meters. by now there was a kind of ring around us and they all had wide eyes looking confused. john looked up at me and then looked around confused as to what just happened.
"what the float just happened" john said and at the same time octavia burst through the ring and grabbed and turned me around to look at her with a wicked but also worried grin "is it new" she whispered despite not elaborating on what she was saying i knew she was talking about my powers and i just gave a short curt nod and she pulled me away from the ring of people that had gathered when we saw bellamy walking over in the distance i could see Clarke and well's having some kind of argument so i made my way over there with octavia while bellamy gave murphy a lecture about not starting fights.
when O and i made it to where Clarke and wells were they were packing some stuff from the drop ship "hey!, where are you two going?" octavia asked when we made it behind them "we need to get to mount weather to get there supplies" wells responded while he continued hooking a seat belt onto the strange fabric in order to make a backpack "no, wells your not going" Clarke said "my legs fine Clarke, i can walk" "we both know that's not the reason i don't want you to come with us" Clarke said and wells huffed annoyed for there unknown reason "you realize that there up on the ark and were on the ground so they cant actually tell us what to do anymore" bellamy said after coming over to see what's going on "its not about what jaha said its about surviving, we need to get to mount weather to survive because we need to find food and somewhere to stay, there might be rivers here but we don't know if there contaminated or not" Clarke replied.
"well why don't you go and bring the supplies to us and let the privileged do the hard work for a change" murphy said after he joined the conversation and the small crowed of delinquents around us went about saying 'yeah' "well sound like fun im in" the space walker dude came over to us and said "how are you two going to bring back enough food for 100 of us" bellamy questioned "umm'" Finn turned around and grabbed two other boys one Asian one and the one with the goggles "four" he said and tapped both of there shoulders. octavia looked over at me and i could tell she was asking permission if i wanted to go and i gave a slight nod and a chuckle and she grinned.
sounds like a party make it six she said with her arm around my shoulder and then Clarke nodded.
well of to mount weather I guess
