I wrote this while attending my online classes and did the quiz the teacher gave us.

There you go, you're as free as a butterfly. With Abbacchio and Giorno, you bid him a 'see you later'. Off to another mission while Bucciarati wouldn't let him go.
"Mista, Narancia," Bucciarati called, gaining immediate attention from the two as his tone is serious. "I need you two to do an errand for me. Now."
"Sure, Bucciarati," Mista replied with a grin, revolver on his hand. Besides him, Narancia also hyped up for the mission only for them which is very rare.
"What is it you need, Bucciarati?"
Bucciarati gave them an order to do some investigation which would take more than all day. The two boys gladly took the mission and off to their destination. Narancia had the nerves to mock Fugo for not going to any mission before he leaves. Fugo wanted to reply to him, saying how much of a shithead Narancia is. Today will be difficult to do that. Not when Bucciarati eyeing him like an eagle.
"Well, then, Fugo," started Bucciarati, making himself comfortable across Fugo. "Will you explain what happened last night? You promised to tell me this morning."
"Yes, Bruno." Fugo sucked in a deep breath. Fingers were fidgeting uncomfortably between his knees, lowering his gaze to avoid looking at Bucciarati directly. Nowhere to run. Time to spit out the truth. "I'm not sure how to say it to you. One thing for sure, I'm currently cursed with a disease. Your eyes weren't lying when you caught me last night with blood and flower petals all over the floor."
Truly, that was a disaster. Even Bucciarati thought that time that Fugo had been attacked by the enemy and bleeding to his death. The part of Fugo been attacked turn out to be wrong when Fugo politely asked him to leave with a smile curving his lips. Now, Bucciarati finds out that Fugo was really bleeding to his death. Sooner or later.
"How long has it been?" Voice strained, Bucciarati finds himself unable to think straight at the moment. "Fugo, look at me."
"It's a pretty long story." Fugo looked up, eyes were smiling.
"We have all day for ourselves."
"Alright." Fugo cleared his throat. "Around six months ago, I noticed I started to cough, quite frequently. I wasn't any ordinary cough, there were petals comes out from my mouth. It wasn't much, I could count it with the fingers on my hand. Once a day, twice a day, not too bad."
Bucciarati gulped down, squinting his eyes at Fugo. It's not quite a pity look, but now that he looked at Fugo closely, he noticed how broken the young man is. Bucciarati never noticed.
"The cough gradually grew more often until three months ago I spent hours in the toilet to throw up." Fugo took a deep breath again. "It was hurt a lot it was my first time crying since long ago. I feel like something is burning me from inside. Since then, I could cough every few hours. I learned how to hold them for seven hours the longest. Say, Bruno. Do you ever notice smelling something like a flower near me? I began to smell like flowers. They were coming out of my breath."
Bucciarati nodded after a brief pause, "I-Yes, I noticed. Narancia and Giorno were the ones who often mentioned it to me."
"And just yesterday, blood starting to comes out too," Fugo continued with a forced smile, hands clasping together, slightly trembling. He gasped. "I know something is growing in my lungs, suffocating me."
"We have to search for help, Fugo," Bucciarati said shortly, "why are you keeping this a secret from us? There must be a way to solve this."
"Do you know what flower the petals are from?" Bucciarati shuddered when Fugo smiled sourly at him as if he's about to cry. "Red carnation."
"Admiration." Fugo nodded to confirm.
"I can't be saved." Fugo gritted his teeth, holding himself to not falling to the floor again. "I can't be saved, Bruno. My time is near. The only thing I want is her."
Bucciarati wanted to ask more questions but Fugo dropped onto the floor. Kneeling, bend over just like how he find him last night. Fugo started to cough like crazy as if something has gotten into him. His voice was loud, ringing all over the mansion like someone is beating him up in the gut. Fugo began screaming one name and one name only.
The sight of it leaving even Bucciarati silent. He wasn't sure what to do other than stay beside Fugo. The red blood seeping into his white pants, he ignored. Bucciarati holds Fugo in his arms after almost half an hour the cough finally stops.
"Bruno."
"Yes, Fugo?"
"It tasted and smelled just like death."
He didn't say anything, but Bucciarati has to agree.
Dinner time has come and no one has come back from the mission yet. Bucciarati and Fugo have to spend dinner together, only the two of them. No one speaks yet. Bucciarati is sure Fugo is too tired while he still has to think about what to say.
While they were cleaning the floor, Fugo managed to tell Bucciarati the rest of the story. Bucciarati never realized Fugo has a crush on you, and he was sure no one in the group notices it including you yourself. The part he hated the most is how Fugo confidently saying there's no cure other than receiving the love he longed to have. You already have a boyfriend, that would be impossible. But, there should be another way. He can't neglect Fugo just like that.
"Bruno."
"Y-Yes?"
Fugo hummed, "You don't have to think much about this. Just let me be."
"No." Bucciarati slammed the table. "No, Fugo. I can't leave you like this."
"I beg you," Fugo breathed softly, "please don't tell anyone."
"Fugo-"
"Bruno, please. Promise me." Fugo stood up after wiping his mouth.
Bucciarati sighed in defeat. "I promise I won't tell anyone. Still, I'll search for a way to help you."
Fugo didn't have time to reply as he's running to the toilet. Cursing out loud, Bucciarati slammed the table in frustration. There's no help anymore.
In the end, nothing changed.
