Day 14 of the Flumptober challenge! Today's challenge is Dragons.
The ninja team had just finished a mission and were waiting for PIXAL to come around with the Bounty. They had been waiting for ten minutes already. They really wish that they had a faster way to get to the Bounty than having to wait for it.
"You know, this used to be so much easier when we had our elemental dragons," Jay said. "Why can't we use them anymore?"
"That's...a really good question, Jay," Cole said surprised. "What did happen to our elemental dragons?"
"No clue," Kai said.
"Why haven't we thought about this before?" Nya asked.
"I guess we just accepted we couldn't use them anymore," Lloyd said and shrugged.
"The ability for us to use airjitzu also mysteriously vanished," Zane pointed out. "Could somebody possibly have taken these powers from uus without us knowing?"
"I don't know," Lloyd said, contemplating the possibility.
"Well, we did just realize one thing," Kai said and everyone looked at him confused. "We just realized how clueless we all are. We just now started questioning why we don't have those powers anymore and I miss riding on a dragon!"
Everyone agreed with the last part that Kai said.
"How does Ninjago still trust us to protect it?" Cole asked.
"That's one of the great mysteries, my friend," Jay joked.
Finally, PIXAL arrived with the Bounty and the ninja climbed aboard, but they continued to think of why they had powers that mysteriously disappeared.
