Chapter 9

Gabriella's POV
In school today, Grayson & I did not make things awkward at all. He waited for me after my classes & at my locker. We talked & held hands as we walked.

During Geometry today, we took the test & I would catch Grayson staring at me & smile.
He gave me so many butterflies.
Grayson was the first one to hand in his test. And I was second.
When the class ended, Mr. Steven's said,
"Grayson, Gabriella. May I speak to the both of you for a moment?"
Grayson & I walked up.
"Miss Mirabella, you did marvelous as always. You got a 100% on the test."
I smiled.
"Thank you, Mr. S."
"And as for you Mr. Grayson Dolan. You got a 98%, which is amazing!"
"What can I say? I had the best tutor." Grayson said.
"Thank you, Gabriella." Mr. S said to me.
"My pleasure." I said.
"Okay, keep studying. Because things will get more challenging."
We talked for another second & then Grayson & I walked out.
We held hands as we walked. We stopped by my locker on our way.
As I was opening my locker, Grayson held my books & carried my purse.
When I was done, I gave him a kiss on the cheek.
He soon started attacking me with kisses in the middle of the hall.
I laughed in between each of his kisses.
He pinned me against the lockers.
"So you wanna come over today & 'study' again?" He asked me as he kissed me.
I kissed him back.
"Of course." I said as I bit my lip.
Grayson & I held hands again & we walked into the lunch room & people would stare at us.
We finally separated & went to our lunch tables with our own friends.
As I sat, all the girls at my table squealed.
"Oh my gosh!"
"Oh my gosh!"
"Are you dating Grayson?"
"You & Grayson!"
I was overwhelmed.
I felt a hand grab my shoulder, it was Alexa.
"Gaby, may I talk to you for a second?"
I got up & walked with her to the corner of the lunch room.
"What?" I said.
"Have you heard what's been going around school?"
"What?"
"You & Grayson. Are you dating him, when I warned you about him?!"
I rubbed my face & head in frustration.
"Look Alexa, I don't know who you think you are, but don't you dare tell me who I can & cannot date. I appreciate your help, but I don't need it. I'm fine."
"Okay, just tell me one thing. Are you dating him?"
"I'm not."
"Well that's not what everyone said."
"Who's everyone?"
"Everyone, literally. Everyone saw you guys make out before lunch & holding hands all day."
"Well, maybe I am & maybe I'm not."
"Gaby, so far I am you're only best friend in this school. I need to know."
"I don't even know what Grayson & I are to be honest. I'll find out." I said.
"Alright." Alexa said.
We sat back down in out seats & enjoyed the rest of lunch.

At the end of the day, Grayson came to my locker.
"Hi, babe."
"Hey." I said & I kissed him.
I loved feeling his lips on mine.
As we walked out of the school & everyone would stare at us. I didn't know if it was a good thing or a bad thing.
Grayson got us a ride to his house from his friend.
As soon as we got to his house we started making out on his bed.
I craved Grayson so much & he craved me just as much.
We did that for a while until Ethan walked in on us.
"Hey, Gray. Do you hav- OH!" Ethan said shocked.
I quickly hid my face.
"Sorry." Ethan said as he walked out of the room.
Grayson looked at me.
"I'll be right back."

Grayson's POV
I went outside my room & I was Ethan.
I shoved him.
"Knock next time, you dumbass!"
"Sorry, I don't know when you're on a schedule." Ethan said sarcastically.
I smirked.
I heard my room door from behind open.
I turned around & Gaby was there.
"I think I should go. I'm sorry."
"No. No, don't leave please. Stay. I'll be right back."
"You sure?"
I nodded with a smile.
She went back to my room.
"Gabriella? You're hooking up with Gabriella?" Ethan said.
"It's not hooking up."
"Oh, sorry. That's what it looked like with your tongue down her mouth."
I stopped & thought for a second.
"She is a great kisser." I said as I laughed.
Ethan looked at me seriously.
"Grayson. Take care of her, okay?"
I rubbed my face.
"Can we talk about this some other time?"
Ethan nodded & left to the living room.
I got back to the room, Gaby & I talked for a bit.
Gaby & I sat on my bed & we started asking each-other questions & we got deep into them later on.
"So who was your first kiss?" I asked her.
She giggled.
"C'mon tell me!" I said.
"You're probably gonna think I'm the biggest loser ever."
"No, I'm not. Tell me!"
"You sure you wanna know?"
"Yes! Who was your first kiss?"
She giggled lightly, looked down. She looked back up with a smile & said,
"You. You were my first kiss."
I smiled.
"Really?"
She nodded with a smile.
I leaned in & kissed her.
I leaned back & watched her smile.
"I wish you would have told me & I would have made it more special."
"Ha, I didn't know you were gonna kiss me that night."
We both giggled.
"Did you like it?" I asked her.
"Yeah. It was perfect."
I smiled.

We kept asking each-other questions when I asked her,
"So how far have you gone with a guy?"
She kissed me.
"That's as far as I'm going." She said.
"How about you?" She asked me.
"Well, just kissing too."
"Oh?"
"Why?"
"I thought that...maybe you would have done more, since you're such a bad boy."
"There's nothing about needing to have sex in the bad boy handbook." I said as laughed.
"But I think I'd have sex once I find a girl that I truly love." I added.
"Me too." She said.
I rubbed her leg.
She looked at me & asked me,
"So, who was your first girlfriend?"
"Define 'a girlfriend'"
"Well... it's someone you love an-" She was saying as I interrupted.
"Let me stop you there. Because I've never been in love."
"Really?"
"Well..." I looked into her eyes.
"Not until now." I added.
She looked away shyly.
"But that's a shocker considering how many girls you 'played'" She said.
"No, no. Those were hookups. I never told those girls once that I loved them or called them my girlfriend."
"So what you're trying to say, is that you never had a girlfriend."
"I guess."
She smirked.
"So, how about you? You've ever been in love?" I asked her.
She looked at me & smiled.
"I'll let you know."
I leaned in to kiss her.
We continued kissing.
We have this connection where we don't keep our hands off each-other.
She pinned me on the bed & we kept kissing.
She pulled away as she was still on top of me.
She looked at me.
She quickly got up.
"I'm so dumb. I need to go."
Something bothered her.
"What happened?"
"I'm sorry, Grayson."
She was leaving but I grabbed her.
I pulled her waist close to me.
"What's bothering you?"
She looked at me.
"Nothing."
"What a lie. Tell me."
"No."
"Tell me!"
I grabbed her face.
"It's just that we keep talking & getting closer. And we keep kissing & you keep telling me that you're in love with me. And I just... I wanna know what we are." She said.
"I don't know either." I said.
"Well, that's great. Thanks for using me."
"I wasn't using you!"
"Whatever, Grayson."
She walked away. I got up to her & pinned her against the door.
I kissed her again.
I looked at her.
"I'm madly in love with you & I'm not gonna let you slip away. Just know that right now, I am yours. No one else's. You won my heart, you own it. Okay? I wanna make it official the right way. But you're mine & I'm yours. Does that answer your question?"
She nodded with a smile.
I looked at her.
"Damn. I'm so in love with you."
She smiled even bigger.
"I love you, Gabriella. I love you so much."
"I love you too, Grayson. You drive me crazy."

So it looks like someone has finally fell for his own game. Grayson has. But let's see what Grayson has in store for Gabriella or vice versa.
