"I'm really sorry I can't come with you tomorrow..." he apologized for the nth time during the call. Jeong Hyeok is now in his bed while on the phone with Yoon Seri. Seri on the other hand is sitting at her desk in her room.
"Stop apologizing, I said it's okay. I'll manage to find my own apartment, thank you very much." she responded trying to sound cheerful on the line.
"But imagine if we could spend your break together." he said as he sighed.
"You'll get sick of me too soon, then." she said smiling.
"No, I don't think that's possible, Seri."
"Yeah? Then, why can't we spend the next 8 days together?" she asked challenging him.
"It's because I have a job, princess." he teased her. He wish he could see her pout right now, knowing how much she hates being called princess or anything hinting about her being spoiled. At this point, it really feels like they have known each other for a long time.
"I could hire you though, probably, I should? You think you could quit work if I pay you double?" she suggested laughing.
"You like me that much, huh?"
She nodded, "You have no idea..." There was silence. It was comfortable, as if they were communicating without saying anything until Seri remembered their situation. "I need to see you tomorrow, Jeong Hyeok, though."
"Why? Do you need anything?"
"No, I just need to."
"Oh, you miss me that much too, huh?" he said smugly.
"Yes, now go to sleep. You have work tomorrow, good night. I miss you."
"You, too, princess. I'll talk to you tomorrow, okay?"

Seri prepared a list of good neighborhood which she hates to admit were pre-approved by her father. She has narrowed down the list to the top 3 places she will check today.
However, to be honest, she already knew where she wanted to move. It was near the office building of Queen's group but slightly away from the city. It's accessible but somehow secluded from the busy streets of Seoul. It has five rooms and she has plans on how to use those five rooms. It was a simple apartment, at least on her definition of simple.
For some reasons though, she wanted to check all her options before deciding. She is used to knowing what she wanted and following her gut all the time. She is someone who knew what she wants, why is she second guessing her self now?
As they moved to the next apartment on her list, she found herself wanting to go back to the first one. She pretended to be interested but she knew deep inside she has already decided but she wanted to give these places a chance.
She shook her head as she realized she has been spacing out again while the real estate agent of the discuss about the security system of the building. But what if she picks the wrong place? What if her gut is wrong? How does anyone make this life changing decisions?
"Uhm, sorry to interrupt you there." she said as she really could not keep her mind off the first apartment. "I'm sorry to waste your time but I think I know what I want."
The real estate agent was surprised as she continued, "I'm going to follow my gut, I'll sign the contract for the first apartment. Please prepare the documents."
"But you haven't seen the third one yet, Miss Yoon."
"No need, I know what I want."
The agent just nodded as Se Ri's phone started ringing.
