The couple decided to meet up at the airport at 6am for their 7:20am flight. Jeong Hyeok agreed to the plan and so Seri booked the flights immediately. She then asked Dan to drop her off to loop her in as well with the excuse she told her father. Dan who really wanted to get updated with the latest progress on her friend's relationship if she could call it that was forced to wake up really early to support whatever this is.
"I am not even sure why I am doing this for you..." Seo Dan said as they reached the airport. There is a long line to the drop off point for domestic flights so they had to wait for a while. "Because I'm paying for your trip to Japan...." she reminded her friend who she bribed with roundtrip tickets to Japan and an excuse to use her as an alibi as well. Not that Seo Dan needed her anyways because unlike her, she could do whatever she want. "... or you could just pretend you want me to be happy." Seri teased her.
"There he is." Seo Dan said as she pointed to Jeong Hyeok's direction. "I kind of get it now..." she commented. "He's hot."
Seri laughed, she could not deny that. Jeong Hyeok's visual is out of this world but beneath the exterior qualities is a good man.
"You better not do anything stupid, Seri." Seo Dan reminded her one last time. "Define stupid..." Se Ri asked not looking away from Jeong Hyeok who is waiting for her in front of the airport gate. "Do you want me to lecture you about sex education right now?"
Seri blushed with Dan's side comment. "Look at you blush as if you've never done it with him yet. I'm just saying be safe, it's not like we could pretend I am the father...." Dan stopped talking as she saw how Seri gulped with her comment and the tip of her ears got really red, "Yoon Seri, really?? Nothing yet? I thought..."
"I just said that to shut you up..." she confessed.
"This is bad." Dan said shaking her head as she drive her friend finally in front of the airport gates, "He must really like you then."
"Do you think we're just?" Se Ri asked surprised as she smack Dan's shoulder jokingly. "You can't blame me though. You were never like this with other guys I introduced to you...so I assumed you just finally did it or something." Dan replied trying to calm her friend down.
"I wish it was just like that. That'll make this whole thing easier." Seri said sighing but her face automatically brights up as Jeong Hyeok opened the door for her. He greeted Seo Dan politely with a bow then proceeded to get Seri's bags from the back of the car.
Seri said thank you to Dan again as her friend gave her a meaningful smile which just made her extra self aware, "Have a safe flight..."
"Enjoy your trip to Japan, too." Seri said as Dan winked at her playfully again before driving off. Seri noticed he is staring at her so she gave him a reassuring smile before she wrap her hands in his.

It was Jeong Hyeok's first time in Jeju so Seri keeps on telling him what to expect and what they could do together in the island during the whole flight.
Aside from the guest house near the ocean and a convertible that Seri rented last night after he left her house, there are no plans for their 4 day trip. They decided that they would know once they reach the place.
"I still have to complete the 2 items on your list." he reminded her. "I did my research, I could complete it on our free time."
"I don't care about the list..." she said. "Everything I do with you deserves a different list."
Jeong Hyeok smiled, "But I promised you, I should complete it... at least for closure."
