Since Fye was gonna be trick or treating with us we decided to match outfits. Me and Ky were going as witches while Fye and Walt were going as zombies.
Being Married to a detective as well as having a family with one had its perks. We knew what to look out for candy wise, and we knew the best places to go trick or treating.

Ky stuck with Walt while I stood next to Fye as we made our way through lines of trunk or treating locations.
When it came to some we didnt have to get outta our cars just had the girls stick out their buckets and say happy Halloween and thank you before we went on.
When it got to the housing part we would pull up to the house, climb out, and the girls had on glow stick necklaces and bracelets as they walked up to the front doors and said trick or treat before coming back and we moved on.
When Ky would get tired of walking either me, Walt, or Fye would carry her and when people saw Fye carrying her they would awe at her and give her some candy. some would say bless her heart before handing out candy bags and wishing us a happy Halloween.

"Member if it's open or looks tampered with don't keep it toss it," Walt says as Fye and I sat on the floor and sort through the candy while Ky sleeps in Walt's arms.
"We know dad," Fye says as we continue sorting through the candy.
I looked up at Walt and wink before smiling as I see Ky's hat about to fall off.

We managed to get Ky to let us give her a bath and put her in little skull pajamas after she fussed about not wanting to take her costume off.
After we all were cleaned up and in our pajamas, I placed the candy in the fridge and then made us all a simple dinner before we all gathered on the couch and watched Halloween movies for kids till Ky went back to sleep this time with her head on Fye's lap.
"Thank you so much for tanking me with you all as you too Ky trick or treating," Fye says
"Sweety you don't have to thank us, you're part of this family, and you're more than welcome to come places with us," I tell her
"I know I was just thanking you for doing it," she says
I kissed her temple and laid my head on hers.
"Your welcome" Walt says
After a while, we all start getting tired so I take Ky and head up to her room after letting Walt and fye give her goodnight kisses.
