baby's 1st bath (Clark kent)

Everyone knows that superheroes never allow their fears to be shown so that the villains they go after and face cant use it against them as a secret weapon.

Well, I just so happen to personally know superman's fear. 

how you may ask, well that's easy. I am married to Clark kent Aka superman and we have a son who we paid homage to Clark's adopted dad by naming, Johnathan. Anyways Clark had let it be known around me that his fear is harming his son by accident.

I have told him that he wouldn't hurt Johnathan but he doesn't believe me.

So today I am gonna have Clark give Jonathan his first bath with his daddy. 

I just hope he does fly off when I have him in the bathroom as he had before after saying sorry.

"Clark Hunny can you come here I need a favor from you. Oh and make sure you are wearing just your boxers" I called out

I could tell with my request he would be confused and probably wouldn't do it.

 But when I heard the door open and seen him do as I asked I had done it.

"Why do I need to be in my boxers only?" he asked

"Well I want you to bath with Johnathan," I tell him then grab his arm before he could fly off.

"I can't, you know I can't," he says

"Listen to me, ok. we both know that if anything ever was to happen to our son you would lose your mind." I say

"Exactly," he says

"But, if you will just try what I have in mind just once you might find that it's a piece of cake, and no harm will come to him" I finish what I was gonna say.

He sighs and nods his head.

"Baby I am gonna be here with you and I trust you and so does Johnathan. he loves you and I know you are madly in love with him and don't want to feel left out from doing things with him" I say.

After Clark fills the tub with warm water he climbs in and I hand him Johnathan's baby 3 in 1 before I kneel by the tub and carefully hand Johnathan over to his daddy.

Treating him as if he was the most delicate thing in the world Clark carefully rest Johnathan on his chest and Johnathan cooed and cuddled more into Clark's chest while smiling.

"See you're doing great baby" I praise him

Clark looks at me and smiles.

"He is so small and I am huge compared to him. I just don't wanna harm him by accident" he says.

I started to pour warm water on Johnathan who was too busy brushing his hand along his daddy's chest hair to pay any mind to what I was doing. 

"I know baby. trust me, I felt the same way when I first laid eyes on him after giving birth, but the minute I held him my motherly instinct kicked in and I did everything and still doing everything to protect him," I reply

After I had bathed Johnathan I had Clark sit up and lay him in his arms.

He moved slowly as he did so and when Johnathan was laying in his hands I watched the look on Clark's face and I knew that his father instinct kicked in as well as his superman instinct to protect his baby with his life.

After watching Clark with Johnathan I washed Johantha's hair and smiled before standing up and grabbing Johathan's baby towel along with Clark a towel.

"See your fatherly instinct as well as superman instinct just kicked in and from this point forth you will be protecting him with your life as you had from a distance, only this time up close," I tell him as I carefully take Johnathan and get him dried while Clark takes his towel, lets the water out and gets dried.

"Thank you for talking me into doing that, I would've never experienced anything had you not talked with me and helped me through it," he says

"Clark you and I both know that even if I wasn't here you would know just what to do even if you called Martha," I say.
