Throughout my pregnancy, Clark had been the one to try and call me and I was the one ignoring him.

He would try to get Martha to tell him any and everything about my pregnancy and how my baby was doing but she told him that she wouldn't that he lost out on someone special when he treated me how he did.

He had come back to Smallville and tried to get me to talk with him or just let him know how our baby was doing and I told him to leave and to stop bothering me and dont even ask about how I am or how my baby was.

When I got close to the time for my baby to be born I was leaving the store to head back home when someone had my held at gunpoint to rob me.

I did everything they asked just to protect my baby.

When the gun was pointed at my stomach I cried and covered my stomach and turned away to protect my baby.

I was scared for my baby's life I didn't know what more I could do, I had given them all they wanted yet they wouldn't leave.

I was gonna ask them what more they wanted when Superman arrived and handled them making all my belongings drop from their hands as superman saved me.

While he was dealing with them my water broke and I gather my things put them in my car and left driving myself as fast as I could to the hospital where I was rush to delivery.

Holding my baby in my hands I called Martha and told her what had happened and where I was.

She told me she would be there as she as possible.

So I hung up and just held my baby girl in my arms.

"So you had my daughter?" 

I looked over towards the door where Clark was standing.

"What are you doing here, you are not welcome here," I say

"I think I am welcome since I saved not only your life but our daughter's as well" he replies.

"I never asked for your help," I tell him

"Who would have saved you both had I not showed up when I did?"

When I say nothing he continues.

"So as a thank you, I want to see our baby."

"No, you will leave. Thank you for saving my life as well as My daughters but you will not see her. Since I am a nobody then you're a nobody to us. just some hero."

I watch him stand there.

"You can't keep her from me."

"Oh but I can and I will. See your name isn't listed as her father so as far as everyone is concerned your just a stranger to her and just visiting one of the people you rescued."

He left and Martha walked in. 

"Was that Clark?" she asked

"It was and no I didn't let him see her. I refuse to allow him to see her after how he treated me and called me a nobody" I tell her.

"I dont blame you. She is yours and you have every right to tell him if he can and can't see her" she replies as she walks over.

I hand Lillia over to Martha and she smiles.

"Does she have the last name Kent?"

I shook my head.

"she has no connection at all to Clark. nothing against you of course. But I won't name her after him. she has my last name." 

Nothing more is said as Martha spends time with her granddaughter.

I won't lie and say this is how I always imagined having a baby. casue I imagined it being with Clark and him experiencing this with me.

 I pictured us dating, getting engaged, and then married and as we grew old have a family spend the rest of our lives together.

But this is my life and I will enjoy being a single mom to Lillia.
