"Time to bath Jaelyn ...time to bath Jaelyn" Randy sang as he danced around the house holding our baby girl in his arms as she smiled and made baby noises to add to her daddy singing.
After I stood there for a bit longer watching the father-daughter duo I smiled before I headed upstairs and got everything for her bath ready.
Randy is excited casue it's her first bath in our new home since we had stayed in his friend's boat since she was born.
But now we own our own place & it's Jaelyn's first bath. So it's something we are both very excited to experience with our baby girl.
I could hear them making their way up the stairs and head into the bedroom where I knew Randy was stripping Jaelyn down so she can get right into the bath.
When the door opened I looked back and seen my two loves standing there.
"Is mommy ready like daddy and Jaelyn?"Randy asked as he walked in with a naked baby who was slabbering and blowing raspberries.
"I am" I replied
"Well let's get this beautiful girl bathed then shall we?" he asked
he placed Jaelyn in her little tub with her toy duckies so she would be able to play like me and her daddy bathed her.
"From the first time bathing her in this little tub, till now I am so glad we never had to worry about her getting hurt, she is situated in there perfectly and no risk of injuries," Randy says
"I really recommend this for first-time parents" I replied as we kept bathing Jaelyn as she slapped the water and played with her duckies.
We let her sit in the water and play a little bit more before we decided it was time for her to get dried off so she wouldn't get sick.
Randy wrapped her up in her towel and carried her away while I emptied her little tub and set it in the shower to drain before I grab her little bottles and put them away.

I walked into the bedroom listening to Randy talk to Jaelyn about her first bath in our own home and how every night or other night she will get to do the same thing all over again.
I walked over and seen she was already dressed and ready to go.
"Alright, mommy has her from here," I tell Randy as I scoop Jaelynn up into my arms and snuggle her real close to me as I kiss her temple and forehead.
"Jaelynn had her first bath and now after she eats she gets to have her for rest in her new home," I say as I sit on the bed and move a bit allowing Jaelyn to latch onto my breast to feed.
"I am glad I get to experince her firsts while she is a baby, It some milestones in kids lives some parents miss out on completely," he says as he says in front of me.
