---------------Kat’s PoV--------------

 

“yes you are, you would talk to me if you were ok” he whined as I heard the group of hybrids advance towards us…. and Hellhounds?

 

“I got to go” I know hes upset and he’ll be mad, but he won't be able to be mad if they get to him.

 

Wolf boy has been following us all afternoon, he can lend a hand especially if there are hellhounds. hellhounds are demons dark as the darkest night sky, a trail of plague and death lay is its wake. there not as strong as hybrids but look scary, you know those starved looking all black dogs with a shadow behind them in your nightmares. Yep thats them, they can infiltrate dreams and change them quickly. they can also literally make you go insane, they get into your head and cause suicidal thoughts continuously.

 

“come on wolf boy...there after your mate not mine” I told him running towards the dark aura. he sat or a second then A loud growl rumbled from behind me. He sprinted ahead of me snarling… not sure who had control at that point, him or his wolf. I tried to keep up with him but he was faster at that point. As I ran into the scene I saw  a huffing werewolf over a hybrid, and three hellhounds with their throats ripped out. there was a yelp from Jacob as he was thrown into a tree by a second hybrid. I jumped to tackle the girl and I heard a growl as Jacob garbed the first one trying to get me from behind. He held the boy by the neck till he stopped breathing and the girl below me, I snapped her neck easy.

 

“umm thank you” I said standing as he nodded, Its not like he can talk to me. he walked behind me to change into the shorts that were tied around his leg.

 

“why are they after him, I must protect him” Jacob said as we walked back from the bloody scene

 

“you’ll see” I said a second time

 

“no he is mine and i must protect whats mine!” he growled at me

 

“he is not yours, he hates you in the first place. he told me” I yelled, and quickly covering my mouth

 

“he...he what” he said shocked stumbling to the ground

 

“ummm yeah the night you kissed him he scrubbed his face all night!” I lied to him

 

“no… you're lying he can’t reject me I love him” he said tears forming in his eyes as he grabbed his head pulling his knees to his chest

 

“no you don’t, you're kind is incapable of affection” I said smiled as he broke down at my feet and I walked away

 

‘you are part werewolf” my wolf dana said

 

‘not a full blood...they don’t know competition’

 

‘ok kat ok’ she said blocking me off
