"I love you too." Yu-Yu said to the viewers that had tune into his v-live. Yu-Yu had been bored to death at the dorm all day, so he decided to go live to interact with the fans. Yu-Yu had asked the fans to ask him questions so that he could answer them.
Yu-Yu laughed at one of the questions asking if he sleeps. The child sarcastically replied, "I get twelve hours of sleep everyday. I'm kidding... I usually sleep for about two hours and then drink some espresso. Caffeine and you all are the only things keeping me going."
The child gasped as he thought about something. "The other day I crashed right when I got back to my room. I was so tired that I fell asleep on the toilet cover." The fans were commenting, "WHAT" "OMG!!!" Yu-Yu laughed at their replies.
A fan had asked about Yu-Yu's thoughts on pronouns. Yu-Yu thoughtfully responded, "I think we all should respect people's preferred pronouns. To me it's about common respect which includes pronouns.
If you accidentally call someone the wrong pronoun, you should apologize and ask them what they want you to call them. This topic isn't really talked about in Korea due to it kinda being taboo. Please respect one another's pronouns."
Many of the viewers were shocked on how educated Yu-Yu was on the topic, but they were also glad that he understood the reasoning and purposes. Yu-Yu took a bite out of his dino nuggets as he played some music for the viewers. Yu-Yu squinted his eyes to read the comments.
The child decided to just wear his glasses to see. He placed his glasses on and read the comments. "My day was pretty good. I watched a documentary on mathematical formulas." A fan commented, "I hate math." Yu-Yu laughed at the comment. "Math isn't my favorite but it's alright."
Yu-Yu found a question that grabbed his attention. "What's the craziest thing that has happened to you?" Yu-Yu responded while shaking, "One time a Sasaeng snuck into my room through the dorm's vents. They were sitting on my bed waiting for me to walk in.
I didn't call the police, but Shotaro and Sungchan Hyung took them for a fun ride. I don't really know where they took him though." Yu-Yu started laughing like a maniac at the memory of the Sasaeng being pulled by the ear out of his room. He kept laughing as he ate his food.
He nearly choked like five times in a row. "I nEaRlY dIeD rIgHt ThErE." Yu-Yu shot up in an excitement, "I bought a bed in the shape of a banana milk. It even smells like my favorite drink. It's supposed to come in later this week."
Yu-Yu did jazz hands to celebrate the good news.
Yu-Yu read and replied to a few more questions, before a comment really grasped his attention. "Why do people think idols are robots?"
Yu-Yu sighed as he sipped on some water. "I don't think we're robots. I want people to realize that we chose this life yeah, but we didn't choose to be hated on or used as if we're robots. We'll always be humans before idols. We're human and we make mistakes and we learn from them.
We aren't perfect and we'll never be. We can't always do our best due to many things that you all don't see behind the camera. I love you all, but some of you need to learn that we're human and we aren't a punching bag that can be overused.
We're all tired and wanting to rest, but we continue on with our career for you all. It kinda sucks when you're being criticized for everything that you do.
I'm trying my best to live up to your expectations, but I'm also human and not someone who doesn't have feelings. Please treat people with kindness."
The child laid his head down on his arms and caved into his chest. He released all of his emotions into that one question.
Comments
@hihu~ Poor baby has been stressed out with living up to other people's expectations.
@lucy~ I'm sorry if it ever seems like you have to be perfect, because you shouldn't have to feel like a robot since you're human. You have feelings just like us regular people. I'm sorry that you've been having this burden on your chest.
@maxx~ I seriously don't understand why people think idols don't have feelings. Like Yu-Yu said, idols are humans before their idol title.
@yu-yubabie~ it's okay, yu-yu ah. We understand your frustration and we're sorry that you've felt that way for a while.
Yu-Yu sat up and tired to put on a smile for the viewers. Yu-Yu took a deep breath and plastered on as fake smile. "It's okay. I'm fine" even though he didn't feel fine, he lied to protect them from worrying about him. Yu-Yu spent the rest of the live pretending to be happy.
Later that night the members found Yu-Yu asleep with tear marks on his face. The young idol had to mask his burden for the world. Two different personas.
Peace bitches 🥳✌🏼
