Yu-Yu had been struggling to tie his shoes for the last two hours. The child finally gave up and tried to come up with a way to tie the damn shoes. Yu-Yu sat on the dorm's front steps contemplating. The child came up with an idea that included Johnny.
The child ran into the dorm looking for the specific member. Yu-Yu found Johnny laying down on the couch reading a book. Yu-Yu softly tapped the older's shoulder. "Appa, I need help with tying my shoes. Can you show me how to tie them?"
The older jokingly said, "No... I'm kidding. I'll help and teach you how to tie your shoes, bubba." Yu-Yu jumped up and down out of excitement, "Really?!?! Thank you so much!"
Johnny squealed at the younger's cute antics. The older cooed at Yu-Yu staring up at him with his does eyes.
"Stop being so cute my child." Johnny sung out, "How many cuties does it take to get a Yu-Yu?" Yu-Yu replied with his dimple smile, "Zero cuz you already have me... ta da ta da." Johnny stayed quiet for a second admiring Yu-Yu's adorable features.
The older expressed dramatically, "Aigoo! You're the most adorable child that I know." The younger shot Johnny another dimple smile, before pulling out a can of dog food and eating it... kidding. Johnny curiously asked, "Show me how you "tie" your shoes."
Yu-Yu pulled his tiny leg up and showed how he "ties" his shoes. Johnny let out a deep chuckle when he saw the way the child was tying his shoes. Johnny blurted out, "Baby, you shouldn't tie your shoes that way cuz you'll trip and get a boo boo."
Yu-Yu pouted while staring at the shoes, "Appa, I don't want to get a boo boo... they hurt so much." Johnny tried to not coo for the one hundredth time. "Let Appa show you how to do it, okay?" The child nodded his head, looking like a curious puppy.
The older voiced out softly, "Connect the two ropes together until they cross together... like banana and milk. Then, you loop one of the ropes around your index finger... like a little ring. Next, you make another loop on top of the first loop.
Then, you'll need to make a little bow tie out of the two connected ropes. Ta da... you get shoes tied like a bow tie." Johnny stopped talking and watched Yu-Yu try to follow his directions. Yu-Yu was doing quite well up until the loops.
The child became a little frustrated when the loop had tightened around his index finger. Yu-Yu winced a little and scolded the loop, "Mr. Loop don't be a meanie to my finger, okay? I don't think you want a bandage, so please don't be a meanie to my finger."
Johnny let out a soft chuckle at the sight of the younger scolding the loop. Yu-Yu finally got the two loops to connect and made the bow tie just like Johnny. Yu-Yu shouted out of excitement, "Appa, I finally did it on my own." Johnny hugged the younger and clapped at his achievement.
The child started clapping to himself and gave himself a pat on the back. Johnny watched in admiration for the rest of the day, as the child kept tying his shoes to make sure he knew how to do it.
The rest of the days was spent with Johnny taking multiple photos of the child tying all of the shoes in the dorm. CUTE 😭
