Sesshomaru stood beyond his children, as Hisuri and Souma gouged a path for their father. The two siblings effortlessly slaying any yokai that dare to stand in their way. Crimson soaked the earth below, yet even so the twins continued. Their katanas dripping in the blood of their enemies. The two twins seeming not only unstoppable in battle; but as one. Their movements were so fluid, they almost seemed to mirror one another. Souma with his calm and graceful strikes, and Hisuri's wild and more aggressive style. Each perfect in its own way and played off one another. Sesshomaru couldn't help but to crack a smile at his pups display of power. It was as their grandmother "Shouko" stated. They were the Prophesized Saviors, whom together would rule all realms.
And now Sesshomaru saw just how that prophecy could perhaps infact be a reality. But soon a familiar demonic aura made its presence known to Sesshomaru, he tensed up. His eyes scanning the top of his villa for the source. And there it was in the shape of a young child, dressed in all white. She never spoke when Sesshomaru saw her before. And he was sure it would be the same. Only she would not leave his lands alive. "Kanna." He spat, drawing Souma's attention as the expressionless Kanna pointed her mirror towards the young Lord. His eyes wide as the mirror began to give off a vibrant white light. Sesshomaru screamed for Souma to turn and run, unsure of the power behind the mirror. But instead Kanna turned her attention to Sesshomaru, the mirror increasing his glow. Causing Sesshomaru to go limp, his body failing him as strange stone crept from his feet to his head. Sesshomaru stifled back a gasp glaring at Kanna realizing who the target it. Naraku was indeed a clever one.
He knew of Sesshomaru's bond with his pups, and was aware that the Daiyokai would do anything to protect his pack. Try as Sesshomaru may, he was soft when it came to his family. Young Rin was a mere stepping stone. The true test was when the death of Shizuka and the abduction of his children came into play. It was then that Naraku witnessed just how powerful and vicious Sesshomaru could become. His anger over his Mate and children filled him with power. But it also blinded him with rage. And that was something Naraku counted on this night. He would not be stopped this time. Hisuri screamed for her father, running to his side as she hacked at the crawling stone only for it to double in strength and increase it's trail upward. Sesshomaru grimaced as he commanded his daughter to go. "N-Naraku is after Shion. You have to get to your mother now." He breathed as Hisuri blinked through her tears as the roars of yokai filled the air. As Souma kept the beasts at bay, his prayers with his father as he fought.
Gritting her teeth, Hisuri turned away from her father and ran deep into the Villa. Her tears streaming down her cheeks as she left the side of both her father and brother. Praying with all her might that she would reach her mother and sisters in time. With the sounds of battle and the shouts of her father and brother in her ears; Hisuri continued. Running down the vast hallways even as the Villa shook violently from battle. She would not stop, and yet she was forced to by the horrid pain of electricity which coursed through Hisuri. The moment her body clashed with a barrier. One of zero purity, for it was none other that the work of a demon. Gritting her teeth Hisuri shook away the pain and drew her blade. Manically hacking at the sizzling barrier before her, as it was the only thing dividing her from her family. Through her tears; Hisuri released a pent of battle cry. Her body radiating with divine aura which circulated around her katana.
Clenching her weapon tightly in her grip, Hisuri struck a final time. This time like glass the barrier shattered and fell to the ground before her in pieces. Not dwelling Hisuri kicked open the door to see her mother Shizuka. Clutching onto an infant that was surely Hisuri's new sister. Stepping further into the room, a sudden gust of wind forced Hisuri off her feet. Sending her face first into the wall before her. Greatly alarming Shizuka who called out for her daughter; though she dare not leave the protective barrier Shion had created. As Rin herself clung onto Shizuka's left arm, visibly trembling as a familiar and ominous demonic aura made itself present. Sending shivers down Hisuri's spine as she forced herself from the wall. Standing infront of her family, all the while Lady Shouko. "Mother of Celestials" had finally awakened at the dangerous presence.
She stood beside her granddaughter, prepared to defend of blood at a costs. To this a heinous cackle filled the air, as from the pit of darkness from the doorway; Naraku emerged from within. A smirk evident on his face as his gazed upon Hisuri. "I thank you Hisuri, you have made this easier for me." "We'll see about that!" Hisuri hissed, running with her blade firmly in her grip. Harnessing her might and anger with a single swipe of her blade. Crimson and silver flames danced upon the steel on Hisuri's katana. The sight alone drawing not only Naraku's attention, but Lady Shouko herself and Shizuka. Who had never seen such a blend of demonic and divine aura before. Shizuka's children were indeed truly marvelous. Hisuri roared as she lashed at Naraku with her unique attack, though in mid attack the glass about the windows shattered into pieces. These shards of glass then shot through the air with deadly accuracy. Sinking into Hisuri's flesh at every angle. Some shards sunk deeply into her thighs, causing crimson and amber blood to drip upon the ground. While many lodged themselves into Hisuri's back, and arms. The pain alone blinding Hisuri as she screamed in pain. Her grandmother gasping at the horrid sight, her own eyes blinded by rage. Naraku would not get away with his.
Trembling upon the ground below,Hisuri still gripped onto her weapon. Refusing to give up, forcing herself to stand. Even as every part of her body ached. Screaming for her to stop. But she wouldn't she couldnt. It was then that outside the window Hisuri saw it. None other than Kanna who stood upon a massive pillar of glass. Hisuri's eyes widened in fear, she was alive. Then what of her father? Her brother? Tears of anguish streamed down Hisuri's cheeks, her chest heaving at the horrible thoughts that plagued her mind. Had her family fallen after her departure? Was she the only one left the defend her mother? And could Hisuri do it? Blinking back her tears, Hisuri yanked a massive shard of glass from her shoulder. Tossing it to the ground below to Naraku's surprise. Hisuri would fight, she would not stop. Even if she was alone. She would keep the promise to her father; Sesshomaru. Hisuri would protect her mother and Shion with her life.
