Chapter 12

"The Past Of Us"

note: another flashback from 2jeong but this time, it is narration.

Jeongyeon's POV

"Jeongyeon Unnie, what happened?" Tzuyu asked me while we were inside the car. Kai is driving.

I saw him glance at me and he smiled.

I hid everything from my members. I feel guilty for doing so. Only Nayeon and Jihyo are the ones who knew about this.

The moment Nayeon Unnie saw me crying in the hallway earlier. She knew that something was wrong. I haven't said a word but I just mentioned his name, she figured out what happened.

On the way home, Tzuyu is beside me and Nayeon is sitting beside Kai. Jihyo is on the phone calling someone.

She ended the call. "Mina and the others will follow us home. I called Namjoon, they're on their way now," she said before reaching for my hand and smiling at me.

Finally, my tears that were overflowing finally stopped as I looked at her face. Tzuyu looks very confused while she exchanges glance with Jihyo and me.

She's like she wanted to ask questions and at the same time respected my decision to not tell her. I will tell them now. I can't hide this.

Once we arrived home, we thanked Kai. He was about to leave when he called me, Nayeon Unnie motioned me to come to him so I did.

"Jeongyeon-ah... I know what is going on. This can ruin both of your careers but... I have a suggestion. Call me if you're ready to hear it," he said before smiling at me.

"I will, thank you, oppa," I replied. He got back to his car and waved to me.

I am too tired to wave back so I just nodded to him. I entered the house and saw my members sitting there. "The others will be here soon," Jihyo said.

I sat down in front of them. I felt a pain inside my heart as I stared at the three of them. My eyes landed on Nayeon who is dumbfounded and was staring at nowhere.

Tzuyu looks as innocent as ever.

After 4 minutes, approximately, the door opened and it revealed the rest of the members. Namjoon Oppa is with them and he ran to hug me.

"Everything will be okay," he whispered to my ear before pulling back from the hug. My members aren't shocked by his actions, in all honestly, we are very close. But in front of the camera, it is always as if we don't know each other.

"Thank goodness Jimin isn't here because he will tease unnie for sure," Dahyun murmured but I heard her. A laugh came out of Momo's lips but she was hit by Mina.

Namjoon left leaving us girls inside the living room.

"Girls... we have something to tell you," Nayeon Unnie started.

"I knew you were hiding something from us. Start talking," Momo said.

"Jeongyeon," Jihyo called me motioning me to start talking. I nodded at her. The members deserve to know this. They deserve to know how I just risked TWICE's name and reputation because of this.

"Dongsaengs..." I took a deep breath.

A part of me is hesitating if I should tell them but I still opened my mouth.

"I'm pregnant."

There, I said it. They froze for a second before screaming. They had different reactions, DaChaeTzu are jumping out of joy because of what I said. MoSa are both screaming their lungs out, as always.
