My eyes were fixed on the woman in front of me, who was busy tapping her fingers on the table as her eyes were fixed on the documents in front of her. I was typing her every command and demand onto my laptop because it would be my task to fulfill for the next few days or weeks.

"And also, I want you to personally talk to the Consujis and close the deal with them. Offer them a good amount. Kung hindi pa rin sapat, give them the amount that they desire. Kailangan nating makuha ang kumpanya nila by hook or by crook." I nod my head. I took note of it without breaking my stare at her. Tumingin siya sa akin at ngumiti. A smile in which only her lips move upward but her eyes remain blank. An expression that I taught her to use to hide her true feelings. The smile, which I already mastered.

"Iyon lang muna sa ngayon. You can use our private jet, so the flight won't be a hassle for you. Just send me an update from time to time so I can calculate the next move. You can also stay there and wait for me to arrive. Babalik at babalik din naman tayo roon dahil nandoon ang project natin." I just nodded my head again and saved the file on my laptop before turning it off. Pagkaayos ko non ay tumayo na ako sa pwesto ko at nag-bow sa kanya.

"I'll get going, Lady Kaye. If you need anything else, just leave a message or an email for me," I said. She gave me another smile before dismissing me. I turned my back to her and started to leave her office in this safe house.

We have now been living on this island for about two years. Ito ang islang pagmamay-ari ni Lady Saige at katabi ng DWS island. When an unexpected tragedy happened to Ms. Audrey before, rito namin siya agad na dinala upang itago. Two years ago, she was abducted and almost killed. He tasked me and Dmitri with opening Ms. Audrey's eyes to her real world—ang totoong mundo na kinabibilangan niya. I and Sir Dmitri personally trained her not just in physical fighting and shooting but also in leading, hacking, decision-making, emotion control, and people manipulation. We turned her into a person we didn't expect her to be. Binigyan namin siya ng bagong katauhan, ugali, at personalidad. I can say that she really changed a lot, parang bagong tao na siya and I don't know how to feel about that.

I am the sole reason why she changed and why those things happened to her. I am the one who is tasked with keeping an eye on her, but I failed. She was abducted even while I was there, and she almost got killed in a literal way because I knew that her old self had already died. Hindi ko mapigilan na sisihin ang sarili ko kaya para makabawi ay ginagawa ko ang lahat para tulungan siya, and in order to do it, I also changed myself.

I am also now a better version of myself. Hindi lang si Lady Kaye ang nabago ng proseso kung hindi ay ako rin. I am much more likely to control everything now that I have already learned from all of my mistakes. Two years of stepping forward and learning were a difficult stage. I killed all of the unnecessary and unwanted emotions within me. I killed my old self, who rose up and became vulnerable and doubtful when a man came into my life. I killed that personality and upgraded my old one to what my papa desires and what I should be. Leila said that I haven't become a better version of myself now, but for me, this is what I should be. Ito naman talaga ako dapat.

Two years of striving hard to become like this were worthy.

I quickly fix my things on my luggage when I reach my room. Today will also be my flight to the Philippines, as I'll be the one to get Lady Kaye's desired company. This company is the biggest competitor of the family she would ruin and get revenge on, so she saw this as an edge to succeed in her plans.
