Chapter 11

Eve walked around her dorm as Rhea and Cleo were sitting on the floor, chatting.

Although Cleo was a Gryffindor, she was always somewhere with the Slytherins. It was a personal preference of her's.

"I genuinely don't know what to wear for tonight ", Eve announced. Rhea and Cleo looked up.

"You still have like the whole day", said Cleo. "But let's help you out".

Cleo pulled out a black satin dress.

"How many of these do you own?" Cleo asked, holding the dress in her hand.

"I'm obsessed with black satin. It's a staple in every girl's wardrobe", replied Eve. Cleo laughed.

"Do you have anything green?" Cleo questioned, not taking her eyes off of the closet.

"I think so", Eve answered. She walked towards the closet, pulling out a green corset dress.

"Actually never mind that, I have an outfit in mind", Cleo said, smirking. "I'll be right back".

Cleo left the dorms and came back after roughly five minutes. She was holding a black cropped tank top and a split mini skirt to match it.

"I have this set and I noticed that you have a green snakeskin pattern coat in your closet", Cleo remarked. "You can wear that with like fishnet tights and chunky Mary Jane heels".

Eve put on the outfit, throwing on a chain necklace choker and a beret to top it off.

"Well how do I look?" asked Eve, turning in a circle for the girls to see.

"God damn Eve, you really do have a good sense in style", Cleo remarked, smiling.

"You look hot, let's hope Lestrange doesn't cum at the sight of you", laughed Rhea.

Eve was scrunched her nose in disgust at the thought of that but she laughed at Rhea's statement. It was awfully true.

Tom fixed his tie as he walked down the hallways. He was strangely craving to see Eve tonight. Although he couldn't love, he felt something developing for her. It wasn't love, was it?

"Hello Riddle, excited to see Noir tonight?" Abraxas said, catching up to him.

"Why do you ask, Malfoy?" sneered Tom. He had began to develop a strange dislike towards Malfoy. He always has felt off about his acquaintance.

"I've noticed that whenever she's near, you seem to smile or be checking her out", added Abraxas. Emanuel caught up with them, breathing heavily.

"I'm so excited for tonight. We get to have yummy food!" exclaimed Emanuel.

Tom and Abraxas looked at him with slightly disgusted looks. Why was Lestrange like this? Tom thought to himself as they continued to walk towards the location of the party.

"Here I'll walk Eve", Cleo said. She was wearing a red satin dress with a black fur coat on top.

Eve had no clue that Cleo was also apart of Slug Club until a few hours ago.

"Gosh Cleo you could've at least mentioned it", Eve said. "I was scared to go alone".

"You're so silly", Cleo expressed jokingly. "I think McLaggen will be there tonight".

Eve groaned. Are you fucking kidding me, she thought.

"Yeah me too", Cleo said. Both girls laughed, their shoes clicking on the floor whenever they walked.

It was 6:28 pm when the boys arrived. Professor Slughorn smiled as they walked in, looking around.
