Chapter Fourteen

Naira's POV

I could still feel his cheek against mine, we were so close, it gave me chills and goosebumps not in a bad way but in pleasuring way, I don't know why. I looked at my palms, the things they could do. I was getting bored in my room so I decided to cook something, Christmas is also coming, so something related to it.

I went downstairs and looked for flour and everything to make some cookies, shall I use my power to make them, but what if someone sees me, geez it's so difficult to do things lika a human, I said ironically.

" Hey, what are you up to?" I heard Lucas's voice

" Something sweet" I said as I held up the spoon with which I was mixing the batter

He poked his finger in the batter to taste some, " what the hell, keep your bloody fingers out, or I will chop them and feed it to you" I said as I pointed the the spoon towards him.

" I'm scared" he laughed it off, he should take me seriously, I thought of an idea and smirked, I swirled my finger secretly, and Lucas's fingers starting twisting a little, he looked at his fingers with a scared expression

" What's happening to them, Naira it is you right? Stop it!" He said in a very scared tone,

I  just laughed , " I don't know, I don't want to stop it" then I stopped swirling my finger and Lucas's finger got back to their original state.

" That was amazing" Tyler's voice came, we looked at him with an expression like ' what the hell are you doing here'

" Naira do it often, it will help him" Tyler said as he touched Lucas's finger.

" WHERE THE FU!ING HELL IS LUCAS" a voice shouted through the hall.

We looked towards the source of the sound and saw a girl standing near the entrance door with her luggage

" Oh!! Meg!! You're back" Tyler said excitedly and went to hug her

Lucas looked more scared right now, let me tell you, I just looked between Lucas and the girl named Meg, is she Lucas's girlfriend?

" Lucas" Meg said as she walked towards him

" Hi baby! How are you?" Lucas said nervously

" How the hell am I? You didn't even called me, you were dying here, you didn't even think of telling me that, I just went for some business trip that too for a week, and you got hit" Meg started crying as she proceeded with her speech

Lucas hugged her, " you don't know how scared I was" Meg sobbed

" I know, that's why I didn't tell you, you would have left your trip and I didn't wanted you to get worried about it, I'm fine now" Lucas tried to console her, and rubbed her back gently

" Aw!! How cute" Tyler interrupted

We all looked at him for his wrong timing

" Nothing.Continue" he raised his hands in surrender

Meg then noticed me, Lucas followed her gaze and immediately introduced me

" She's Naira, she's staying with us for a while, I'll tell you more about it later" Lucas said giving an eye signal to which Meg nodded.

She turned towards me, " Hi!! I'm Megan, nice to meet you, I'm really excited, I really don't care who are you but at least you're a girl" and then she hugged me

" Yup, we females can now take over this mansion" Meg giggled a little bit.

" In all this, I forgot, we have to go to a event today, all of us" Tyler informed us

Why am I getting a bad feeling about it?
