September 1st 1990
Hi, I'm Kimberly Black, daughter of Sirius Black, and Ophelia Black. Today I am headed to Hogwarts to start my first year. I'm so excited I'm hoping to make more friends fast, well besides Draco, he's been my best friend since we were five! My father never let me out of the house so it was hard to make friends, but Lucious Malfoy and my father are friends, so Draco and I are friends, I'm hoping to come to Hogwarts to make memories and learn as much a I can. I understand, there is more to the world than magic, but being cooped up in a house your whole life, with only one friend, you use it to entertain yourself. My father also tells me stories of his friend Arthur Weasleys children, I'm two years younger than Fred and George and the same age as Ron, which means I'll be meeting all of them this year.
Now time to board the Hogwarts Express, till next time.
