This is the 4th Book of Secret of a Straight Fudanshi series and the sequel to Change of Hearts

Calvin(18), has just transferred to St. Patrick School of Manila and living with his brother, William. His mission was just to be living a new normal life with his brother after being hospitalized and being in a coma for a year.

Now, as an incoming a 3rd year student, he will be acquainted with a guy that has a "socially inept" attitude or a person who doesn't know how to converse properly or socially awkward, which will be his seatmate, Eithan(18).
