Joshua's POV:
"So uh how've you been?" I asked, breaking the silence.
"Fine," she muttered.
"Look, Liv, if we're going to be sharing a room we have to be able to talk to each other."
"Isn't that what we're doing?" she sassed.
"I meant in a rational way," I clapped back, putting my suitcase in the corner.

"You're saying I'm not rational?" she accused, moving from her spot on the bed and walked to where I was standing by the window.
"Well, if I remember correctly, in the car we fell asleep in eachother's arms and now we're being cold. Does that scream 'rational' to you?"
"Woah woah woah. Don't hold this against me. You were the ones who suggested I sleep in your arms."
"And you were the one who decided to do it. I made a suggestion, you carried it through."
"I was tired Josh!"
"You could have chose to sleep on the window."
"Ugh! Look, I don't like you and you clearly don't like me. The car ride meant nothing, it was 'just a moment'. Alright?" she clarified, using her fingers to make quotation marks .
"How do you know I don't like you?" I said.
"I just do."
During our argument we didn't even realise how close we were standing to each other. We were standing practically chest to chest.
It seems she realised at the same time I did, because I heard he breathing hitch. What shocked me the most is that she didn't move, she just held eye-contact.
"Did I ever tell you I don't like you?"
"No. But I know just by the way you're looking at me."
"How am I looking at you? What can't you stand" I swear I'm looking at her normally.
"I cant stand you looking at me," she paused for a split second before continuing, "with no love in your eyes. So please just leave me alone. Please." she said softly.
She turned around and started walking towards the door quickly.
"Liv I-" I started, chasing after her but she reached the door before me and closed it behind her.
I took a deep breathe before leaving the room and walking down the staircase into the living room where everyone was hanging out.
