*one week later*

Olivia's POV:

I just finished filming a scene with Sofia when my phone started ringing. I picked it up to see Harry calling. Again.

He's been calling me all the time since Josh and I saw him at the Grove.

I always pick up because I don't want to be rude and I do like our conversations, I just feel slightly guilty. I don't want Josh to find out and think it's something it's not.

(H = Harry, O = Olivia)

I pick up the phone hesitantly before going to the music room where I knew nobody would come.

I put it on speakerphone before answering.

O: Hey

H: Hey, Liv what's up?

O: I'm good, I just got done filming a scene

H: Well I'm sure you crushed it

O: Haha thank you, that means a lot

H: Of course, you're incredibly talented Olivia. And incredibly beautiful.

I need to change the subject, FAST.

O: Yeh. A lot of the scenes I've done today have been with Josh, which I love doing.

H: That makes sense. You guys seem to really like each other.

O: Yeah, I don't know what I'd do without him.

H: You don't need a guy to be happy, but I get where you're coming from.

I looked at the clock and saw I'm supposed to be on set in 2 minutes.

O: Shoot, I need to go. I have to be on set in 2 minutes.

H: Why don't you just stay on the phone until it's time?

O: Um sure. So anyways what have you been up to?

H: Not much really haha.

O: Well if you ever need anything, I'm here.

H: Thanks Liv.

O: Of course Harry.

H: Oh it's been 2 minutes, you should probably go.

O: It'll be ok, I can be a minute late. We haven't talked in a while anyway.

I heard him laugh before answering.

H: Liv we've been talking practically every day. Speaking of which, have you told Josh yet? You obviously don't have to.

O: I know, I just miss you.

H: I miss you too. Maybe we can-

Before he can answer, I look up to see Josh standing in the doorway.

Crap.

Joshua's POV:

"How much of that did you hear?" Liv said timidly.

"All of it. I especially loved the part where you missed him and didn't want to come film. Oh and the part where you didn't want to tell me about your daily phone calls," I said sarcastically.

She just stayed silent, looking anywhere but me.

"Olivia, please tell me this. Please tell me these mean nothing."

"T-they mean n-nothing," she stuttered.

"Why are you nervous?"

"I-I'm not."

"Baby, I know you better than you know yourself. You stutter when you're nervous. Please be honest with me. Tell me what's going on."

She takes a deep breath, calming her nerves before saying, "Harry started calling me a bunch after we ran into him at the grove. Like practically every hour. At first I felt kind of uncomfortable, but then it became kind of nice. I like talking to him. So I always pick up the phone when he calls. We just talk about random things."

"Why didn't you tell me?" I asked her, trying to remain calm.

"I don't know."

"Liv, you realize that when you don't tell someone about things like this, it makes it seem like you're doing something bad?"

She stayed silent, just looking at me with a blank expression.

"We have to be able to fully trust each other. And when you do shit like this, it's very hard to fully trust you."

"I know, I know."

"If you know, then why did you do it?"

"I don't know ok?!" she yelled.

So much for trying to stay calm.

"Just answer me this. Do you like him?!"

"Well, I..."

What the fuck. She shouldn't even have to think about this!

"Olivia. Do you like him!"

"Yes! OK?! Yes I like him!" she blurted out.

A look of regret painted across her face, as soon as she finished speaking.

"Wow," I said quietly.

"Josh, I-"

"No. No, don't even bother. I'll get out the way of you and your new relationship," I said before walking towards the door.

"And I thought nothing could break us apart," I muttered before leaving and slamming the door behind me.

Wow, I missed writing this.
