-In the library

*Layla's POV*

I was sitting next to Ron. He was asleep while I was half asleep. Harry has his head laying on a book, probably also half asleep. And Hermione was the only one fully awake. We've been in the library for what seemed like days trying to help Harry with the golden egg

"Harry, tell me again" Hermione said

"Come seek us where our voices sound" Harry said

"The Black Lake, that's obvious" I said yawning

Hermione shook Ron awake and handed him the golden egg

"An hour long you'll have to look" Harry added

"Again, obvious. Though ,admittedly, potentially problematic" Hermione said leaning against a chair

"Potentially problematic?" Harry said annoyed "When's the last time you held your breath underwater for an hour, Hermione?"

Hermione sat down next to Harry

"Look, Harry, we can do this. The four of us can figure it out" Hermione said putting her hand on his shoulder

Me and Ron started to walk up to them when Moody interrupted

"Hate to break up the skull session," Moody said "Professor McGonagall wants you in her office"

Harry started to stand up

"Not you Potter. Just Black and Granger" Moody added

"But sir, the second task is only hours away and-" I started

"Exactly. Presumably Potter is well prepared by now and could do with a good nights sleep" Moody said "Go. Now!"

Hermione grabbed my arm and we started going to McGonagall's office

"Why do you think she wants us in her office?" I said

"I don't know, but it surely isn't for a good reason" Hermione said

We walked faster because of how Moody told us to leave we probably should get there soon

We got to her office and walked in

"Hello Dears" She smiled

"Why did you need us Professor?" I asked

"Oh! Now, this is going to be very easy and painless," McGonagall said

"What is?" Hermione asked nervously

"You are very close to Mr.Potter right Miss.Black?" She asked me

"I am yes.." I said

"Perfect. And, Miss.Granger, you were Mr.Krum's date to the Yule ball, correct?"

"I was" Hermione said quickly

"Good, now you two are needed for the second task"

"What's going to happen?" I asked

I looked at Hermione. She looked just as scared as I was

"No more questions. Now please sit down.."

Me and Hermione sat down

"Drink this. It won't hurt at all" She said giving us a small smile

She handed both me and Hermione a drink. I knew something was going to happen. We weren't just going to stay awake. We weren't going to die either, a teacher couldn't do that to a student. After I drank it, everything went black
