<1 week later>
*Ron's POV*
I was in the common room with Harry waiting for Layla and Hermione
"How long can they take to get ready?!" Harry said annoyed
"Hermione might be forcing Layla to get ready" I replied
"True"
A few minutes later the girls came into the common room. Hermione was pulling Layla's arm. Layla looked half asleep. The girls came up to us
"Layla what happened to you?" Harry asked
"Hermione forced me out of bed. But I kept falling asleep" Layla said after yawning
"Because we were going to be late Layla!" Hermione said
"We were not going to be late!" Layla said replying to Hermione
"You two and your fighting over being late" I said laughing
We all laughed and started walking to the Great Hall for breakfast. Me and Layla were talking while Hermione and Harry were talking
"Do we have classes with Malfoy today?" Layla asked me
"We night I'm not sure. Why?" I replied
"I just don't want to see Draco. After what happened before" She said looking down
"It's okay Layla. As long as Harry, me, or Hermione are with you, you'll be okay" I said reassuring her
We walked into the great Hall. Me and Harry on the side of the Slytherin table and Hermione and Layla on the side of the walkway .
*Layla's POV*
I felt someone tap my shoulder. I turned around and saw Cedric
"Can I talk to you later today?" Cedric asked me
"Yeah of course!" I replied
"Ok! See you then!" He said as he turned around to go with his friends
I turned back around to face Harry who was across from me
"So what's up with him Layla?" Hermione asked me as she nudged me
"Nothing, we're just friends. And he's like 4 years older then me anyway!" I said
"Doesn't seem like it" Harry said under his breath but I heard him
"What was that?" I asked Harry
"Nothing." Harry said quickly
"Me and Cedric and just friends! Get that through your heads!" I said annoyed
"When is the food coming! I'm starving" Ron said to break the silence
"You're always hungry Ron" Hermione said
The food came and Ron started eating right away. Harry and Hermione ate as they usually did. But I didn't eat much food. After breakfast was over we started walking to our first class. I was next to Harry behind Ron and Hermione
"Layla why didn't you eat much this morning?" Harry asked me worried
"I wasn't very..um..hungry" I replied
"You're never hungry anymore Layla. What's going on?" He asked
"Nothing Harry don't worry" I said
"Ok..but you can always tell me if something happens ok?"
I nodded and changed the subject. We eventually got to our first class. The four of us walked in and sat down. Me and Harry sat next to each other while Ron and Hermione were on separate parts of the room. I was hoping no one else sat next to me but here comes, the one and only, Draco Malfoy. He sat down next to me
