The Senator's Twin Daughters

Chapter 1

He smiles at the beautiful woman sitting in front of him. Admiring her short cut chocolate brown hair, wide hazel eyes, her babydoll voice that's seductive and enticing. Speaking of enticing, the way she is looking at him is confirming that she has the same thing on her mind as he does. Well, at least he thinks she does.

She's perfect for him. She's smart, beautiful, the way she cares for him. He's very lucky to have met a woman like her. It's too bad that he is too scared of how he feels for her. They have been dating on and off for the past few months due to his busy schedule. He enjoys spending time with Jackie and she is the best thing that has ever happened to him. Yet he's not ready to settle down and start a family. Things are getting too serious and he needs to end this soon.

After dinner, he takes her back to her apartment for what she invites him in for a nightcap.

"Where's your sister?" Jack asks after closing the door.

"She went to visit our mother in Virginia, and Tucky is staying with her boyfriend," Jackie replies heading towards the bar cart on the left side of the room after putting her purse down.

"So it's just me and you?" Jack asks walking up behind her.

"Yes," she replies taking in a quick breath when she feels his big strong hands caress her bare arms.

"I like the dress you have on," he says gently kissing her exposed neck, "Has anyone ever told you how seductive it makes you look."

Jackie closes her eyes enjoying the chills that are running down her spine from his kisses.

Without saying a word Jack turns her around to face him. Capturing her full lips with his. Bringing her body closer to his to deepen the kiss.

Jackie is a beautiful woman and is a lot of fun to be with, but he has needs. Right now the one need is to make their way to Jackie's bedroom.

"Jack," she says trying to stop the kiss.

"What's wrong Kid?" he replies using her pet name, while still nibbling on her bottom lip.

"Shouldn't we have our drink?"

"I rather kiss you instead," he groans.

Before she can protest he quickly captures her lips again.

She likes Jack and finds him to be irresistible. He's so handsome, charming, and intelligent. Damn it he's just downright sexy.

Next thing she knows he picks her up taking her to her bedroom.

Jackie awakens in the dark, squinting at the clock on her bedside that reads four thirty am. Turning over she doesn't see Jack lying beside her. She sits up, holding the sheets against her naked chest.

"Jack," she calls out thinking maybe he went to the bathroom. Yet she hears nothing but silence and the sounds of the cars driving outside.

Reaching over and grabbing her robe she gets up. She goes out to the hallway and the bathroom light is off. Going into the living room it's empty.

He's gone. He could have at least told me he was leaving. she thinks to herself.

Returning to her bedroom she notices a note on her other pillow.

Picking it up it reads, "Hey kid, it was fun."

Jackie closes her eyes and sits down.

Great, it was a kiss-off note. She should've known better.

A couple of months later...

"I don't know what's wrong with me Tucky, I haven't been feeling well these past few weeks. It doesn't help that my period is almost a month late."

Tucky looks at Jackie nervously.

"Jackie I would strongly suggest that you take a pregnancy test."

She looks at Tucky and she feels like she may already know the answer.

'There's two of them in the bathroom in the medicine cabinet.

Jackie looks at Tucky with a raised eyebrow.

"What my doctor gives out samples sometimes," Tucky replies with a shrug before taking another bite of her bagel.

Slowly Jackie goes to the bathroom and retrieves the test from the medicine cabinet. She closes the bathroom door and begins.

Twenty minutes later Jackie is lying on her bed with tears running down her cheeks. She's pregnant. Just as soon as she went on the stick both lines appeared.

Now she has to call Jack whom she hasn't heard from since the night she slept with him. Let him know that she's pregnant with his child.

She picks up the phone and dials his office. Just then she hears his secretary's voice.

"Senator Kennedy's Office," the older lady's voice fills the phone.

"Good morning Mrs. Lincoln, may I speak to Senator Kennedy please?" Jackie asks trying to hold herself together.

"He's currently out on the floor, may I ask who is calling?"

"It's Jackie Bouvier. When he returns could you please have him call me it's very important I need to talk to him about an urgent matter."

"Alright, I'll give him the message," Mrs. Lincoln replies.

"Thank you," Jackie replies before hanging up.

For the next two weeks, Jackie called Jack's office every day and is told he's either on the floor or in a meeting. Her patience ran out and decided that it's no point to keep trying to contact him. He's made it clear that he was done with her and wanted nothing else to do with her. Once he got what he wanted he severed ties. She was fully warned about him and still decided to walk on the wild side. Now she has to deal with the consequences by herself.
