Jackie's POV
"Oh, Lee, I can't believe tomorrow is our big day, and honestly, I'm glad it's here!" Jackie says, reclining in one of the armchairs in the massive hallway.
"Me too. Mummy will stop trying to drive us crazy," Lee replies before sipping her wine.
"That's why I'm glad it's here. Of course, it's because I will be marrying the man I love, but mummy and Mr. Kennedy can finally let us be."
"I don't know, Jacks, you know how mummy is. The wedding is just the first, then it will be the state dinners and private dinner parties..."
"Things that she will learn about after everything is planned," Jackie says, cutting off her sister.
Lee shrugs.
"Well, let's get some sleep. You have a big day ahead of you," Lee says.
"You're right. Good night, Lee."
"Good night, Jacks," Lee says before turning off the lights and leaving the room.
The following day, Jackie awakens before it's time for her to get up.
She heads into the bathroom to begin her day.
Just as she finishes drying off, there is a knock at the door.
"Who is it?"
"It's me, Jacks," Lee says through the door.
Jackie opens the door, allowing Lee to enter.
"I'm glad to see you're up and at them already. You know mummy is already making her way here," Lee says, sitting on Jackie's ottoman.
"I know," Jackie replies with a sigh.
"I'm just happy today is finally happening."
"Me too."
"Well, let's finish getting you ready," Lee says.
