Two Year's Later

"Yacchan! I am so proud! Congratulations!" Y/n was not someone you should take to a graduation ceremony. When asked to 'hold all applause until the end' she respected the rules. However, as soon as Yachi Hitoka was called, she went crazy. Asahi had to wrap an arm around her waist to hold her back.

Yachi stared into the audience with wide eyes while she walked up the stage. When she got up, she tried to smile politely but laughter was threatening to breakthrough. Of course, it would be Y/n to make so much noise as she graduated. She expected nothing less from her roommate and best friend.

She shook hands with her dean before waving happily at the audience. Her parents, along with Kiyoko, and Mako were all there. She knew they would be laughing at Y/n's large burst of energy but they would be among the loudest people cheering when the applause was called for. Once Yachi left the stage, Y/n quieted and finally sat down properly. It was tiring dealing with her, Asahi needed some water.

"I knew you were going to do that. I should have gagged you before we left." Kiyoko rolled her eyes from beside her.

"Asahi would have liked that too much and we would have never made it to the ceremony." Asahi, who had been peacefully enjoying his bottle of water, coughed a bit before turning wide-eyed to his girlfriend. "Don't look at me like that, I didn't lie." She took the water from him. "All that yelling really made me thirsty, wow." He continued to stare at her with wide eyes and blush growing on his face.

"You can't say things like that in public, gem." He rubbed his temples with his fingers.

"I forgot, it's the blindfolds that you prefer, not the gags. Silly me," Now she was just messing with him. She sent a teasing wink in his direction before handing back the water. He knew better than to say anything else, she would just retaliate with her own teasing remarks that would have his face red and thoughts that he shouldn't be having in public racing through his mind.

Kiyoko laughed quietly before turning to the front again. They both knew better than to entertain the conversation now.

The rest of the names were called and then they were asked to all cheer. Of course, as Yachi knew, her group could be heard very well, now that everyone was cheering. She was among the last of her friends to finish with school at 22, soon turning 23. It felt good to be free at last.

They all found each other after the ceremony had ended and she was quickly enveloped by her best friends. Mako, Kiyoko, and Y/n could not be prouder of their baby. In the two years since the wedding, they hadn't seen each other too often, even Y/n and Yachi who lived in the same apartment had rather conflicting schedules. Mako, as the lovely model, was continually going on short trips while balancing her relationship with Kageyama. The relationship worked surprisingly well since they both had such busy schedules. As far as the girls knew, they weren't 'dating' but there were constant hookups exclusively with each other. They might as well been dating but neither of them wanted 'anything serious that got in the way of work'. It was bullshit if you asked them but oh well. Kiyoko was the most 'domestic' out of all of them. She was thoroughly enjoying the past two years, nearly three of married life. Now at 25, she was expecting her first child, sporting a small bump at the ceremony.

Yachi's hair had grown longer, now reaching her back. It was curled elegantly for her grad, courtesy of Mako. Kiyoko on the other hand had cut hers shorter, now sporting a long bob that was currently pinned back. Mako was constantly changing her hairstyle so it wasn't anything new to the group, after all, she made sure to schedule a group call so they can all decide on what she was going to do next. It was a rather cute tradition that they kept up. Y/n left her hair in the way that suited her best, looking stunning as always. It was nice to have all four of them together again, just as they had been during school.
