Where there is Love (Asahi x Reader)

He was quick to wrap his arms around her and pull her into a hug. He missed her immensely this past week and her presence at his opening immediately made him feel better. He kept his arm wrapped around her waist while they watched as the MSBY Jackals and Akaashi walked into the shop. Hinata, Bokuto, and Akaashi greeted the former ace while Atsumu and Sakusa started walking around. They had to admit that everything was really nice and that the former ace was rather talented. Even Sakusa, the one who isn't typically impressed by much, had delivered his compliments to Asahi before finding a seat way at the back of the store and away from the large group of people.

The rest of them gathered around the group that came from Miyagi as they all laughed and ate chocolate together. Y/n stayed by Asahi's side, greeting anyone that came into the store and directing them to the different dresses that were set up around the room. As it got later in the day, Simon and Noya finally arrived, clad in colourful silk from Italy and expensive sunglasses with bags in hand.

"Asahi! Guess who is here? Did you miss us? I know you did!" They both cried as they wrapped their arms around him. "And we brought gifts! Don't you love us?"

"Hi guys, it's good to see you! How was Italy?" He asked them. They had spent the last few months travelling across Italy. 

"It was great! Can't you see my new clothes? It's great travelling with a fashion designer, have you ever seen me look so good? Y/n! Look at how good I look!" Noya called out before hugging her as well. 

He jumped soundlessly around the store, somehow managing to avoid the people and the mannequins while they all laughed at their friend. It was great to have everyone back like this. 

"You said something about gifts? I would like to see it." Y/n said once Noya finally calmed down.

"Right! Simon, show them the goods!" Simon rolled his eyes at his friend's antics before pulling out a variety of scarves and pretty clothing. 

"This is for all of you, it's rather lucky that I had you all here together. It would have been so annoying if we had to travel through all of Japan just to give you some gifts," Simon said while he handed out the variety of gifts he had bought with Noya in Italy. He had gotten Asami a lovely sunhat and he had gifted Asahi a collection of ties. For Y/n, she was given matching scarves and, of course, Noya had picked out a lovely bracelet for Kiyoko and a watch for Tanaka. Those were the only gifts he had picked out himself, Simon dealt with the other stuff. Several other small gifts were passed out to the others. 

"Thanks! You guys are the best." Y/n wrapped her arms around Simon and Noya while Asahi watched from afar. He smiled as he saw all the people he loved smiling and laughing together. This felt good, he felt as if he was at home.

"Oh! Simon, by the way, Gen is here. You should go say hi. She said she is here for Colette." Simon immediately moved away to greet the sweet French girl while Y/n turned to look at her. She knew of the feelings that she had for Asahi when they were in France together. She also knew of the short two-week 'relationship' that they had. She was curious to see what the girl was like especially since she was so adored during her boyfriend's school years. 

"We need to talk to her after, gem. She said she needed to discuss some business and you are the brains of this whole store. I want you to come with me." She nodded happily as she watched Simon envelop her in a big hug and begin speaking in rapid French, none of which she could understand. She really needed to learn the language. 

After some more socialization with more customers, it was close to closing up for the first day. It was the evening now and soon they would all head out for a celebratory dinner, but first, it was time to speak to Gen. Y/n wasn't exactly sure how this meeting would go due to the language barrier but she was excited to get to know her none the less.
