BLURRED. That's what the past couple of hours was like. Everything was going too fast, not allowing Cheryl to think or understand what was happening. It didn't help that she had taken a nap on the drive to Daisy's house and missed out on some important news.

Daisy's parents had examined Freya and Chanel and thought it was better if they went to a hospital to get fixed her leg up instead of their house. Chanel's leg was worse than all they thought, and she had to go into surgery while Freya was sedated for her violence.

Cheryl hadn't stopped crying ever since she had arrived at the hospital. She had been crying in Daisy's neck while holding Toni's hand for comfort.

Cheryl didn't want to let go of Toni's hand that perfectly fitted in hers, and she only did when she had to.

"Guys?" Asked Kathleen softly, holding some burgers to them, and chuckled. "I got dinner for us."

Kathleen had gone to some fast food to get them a quick snack after not eating anything for hours. Cheryl wanted to laugh at the thought of Kathleen entering a fast food place in her heels, but she didn't. She couldn't.

Kathleen handed each of them a burger, and Cheryl reluctantly accepted it after Kathleen shoved it in her hand. The burger laid on her lap as she stared in the distance.

"How long has it been?" Asked Kathleen. "Since she's been in there?"

"An hour," Answered Toni, looking at Kathleen, who frowned. "Yeah."

"Oh, it doesn't feel like an hour," Said Kathleen, biting her lips. "It's feels like it's been-"

"Five fucking years," Said Daisy, through her teeth. "It feel likes I have been in this hallway for five fucking years."

"But it's only been an hour, why is that?" Asked Cheryl softly. "It's like time has frozen."

"It's going to be okay," Said Toni, rubbing Cheryl's back. "We're going to be okay-the doctors are just taking their time."

"Alright."

Three hours later, and they were still waiting in the same hallway. Cheryl had declared that this hallway was forever going to haunt her dreams. It wasn't like Chanel was dying, but Cheryl just didn't want Chanel to be in the hospital at all.

Daisy and Toni had left together and promised to return back as they needed to take a shower and get clean. They tried to get Cheryl to go back with them, and Cheryl refused to. She didn't want to miss a second of the information that the doctor could give them at any minute.
